My new favourite pizza joint in town. The dough for the pizza is perfect and the caesar salad is super anchovy forward (which I LOVE) and I've been addicted to coming here ever since I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. Theo and the team over there are the most hospitable and warm. Not to mention the prices compared to places of similar ilk are incredible. Couldn't recommend more and can't wait to be back.

Absolute gem of a place! Went right after a tennis session. The three of us ordered pepperoni, veggie, and Margherita pizzas and shared slices across the table. The pepperoni and Margherita were definitely the highlights for me both were delicious. The veggie was just okay, probably because it didn’t have a red sauce base. The space is pretty small and a bit tightly packed, but it adds to the charm of this tiny little gem. Would definitely visit again!

Worth every penny, especially if you manage to catch the "table d'hôte" offer. Delicious pizza, excellent crust that holds itself well and a nice crunchiness to it. The pepperoni one reminds me of New York pizza while the margherita had that freshness to it. Restaurant is really cute, cant wait for the terrasse to open

Pizzeria Locali ranks among my top pizzerias of Montreal. My funghi pizza was of superb quality. The restaurant was fairly busy and I got the feeling it's the usual. As much as I enjoyed the excellent dough and overall experience of the pizza, the true star of the show was the whipped chocolate mousse. Beautifully presented, this mousse is heavenly fluffy and delicious. I am going to go back sometime just to order two of them I swear. My server did forget me at the bar for a bit in the beginning, taking the order of some other patrons who arrived after I was seated which slowed me down a bit. But it was busy so it was forgivable, her service was fine otherwise. I like the layout of the restaurant as well, it is comfortable. I got a nice view into the kitchen from the bar.

One of the best pizza’s that I have had in a very long time. I truly recommend the Margarita pizza as it one of the best I have ever had in Canada. Well done to the staff and restaurant

2026-04 -I have been going to Locali often since it opened and unfortunately the service was not on par as when it first opened 6 months ago - I went with a friend and it was his first time so I hoped for better - the cashier was very dry in her responses which also he noticed and disliked . I asked if they had the Diavola Pizza or something with Sopressata/ Spicy - she responded quickly in French saying " quoi? Huile piquante ? Non ? " - Again I asked her if they had anything coming out of the oven as the selection was slim - Responded " Ce que vous voyez, c'est ce que nous avons. Vous pouvez prendre une table et commander entière si la sélection ne vous convient pas."- finally we just took 3 pepperoni slice - with hot oil on it as she suggested - after opening our box none of the slices had hot oil - wasn't worth going back to deal with her . Another thing I disliked is the fact that the seating was almost all free - we wanted drinks but she said we cannot sit at the table as they need to clean it and offer us table service and we would not be able individual slices at the counter and sit there - so I said screw the drinks there and went to Brunos. Anyways , service was lacking I won't be going back soon. Initial review - Very nice spot - no headaches just great slices at a great cost. Simple - how it should be.

Pizza was absolutely delicious, garlic bread serving was very large and tasted great. Price was good, but the wait time for the food was very long. We went there mid-afternoon and I can't imagine how long the wait would be during lunch or dinner rush. The server herself was responsive and fairly quick though! Overall great place, just expect a wait for your food.

Amazing spot! Super friendly vibe and great atmosphere. Louis Philip, our waiter, was awesome. He was friendly, knew the menu, and made us feel right at home. We got the Gigi Bacon and the Pepperoni Diavola. The dough is fresh and homemade. The Gigi Bacon had a really good vodka rosé sauce, but the Pepperoni Diavola was the standout, spicy honey and ricotta combo is 🔥 definitely a must-try. Dessert was the Lemon Napolitan sweet but not too heavy, just right. The sit down dinning area is very small, so I’d say best for groups of 4–6. Definitely call ahead to reserve!

What a discovery! This little unassuming spot serves some of the best pizza in the city! Great diner vibe (tho the music was pretty loud for conversation), super staff, dirt cheap beer and cocktails and very solid food! It almost made us forget that our Lady Gaga concert was canceled that night! We will absolutely be back!

I had seen this restaurant several times on Instagram and was excited to try it after scanning thier posts and viewing thier menu. I didn’t have a lunch reservation, but the 10 minute wait was no problem. Once seated, we looked at the menu and confirmed the choices we had already made on the drive down. When the waitress came to take our order, she informed us that the fryer wasn't working that day, which eliminated about half of our choices. It would have been helpful to know this before being seated. We ordered a Caesar salad and two pizzas. I asked for the bacon on the side for the salad (not for allergy purposes but it was my Good Friday), but it still came mixed in. I picked it out as I'm not someone who likes to send back food nor do I like to see it wasted, but despite that, the salad was very good! The pizza was good as well. Would I return? Possibly! I’d like to give it another chance. However, communication with customers definitely needs improvement. I understand the restaurant industry is hectic and things happen, but keeping guests informed makes a big difference.

The pizza is excellent, and overall great value! However service was lacking. The restaurant is tiny, probably less than ten tables, yet our waiter was not very attentive. Also, they had an issue with the fryer which meant that a substantial portion of the menu was unavailable, however our waiter only informed us while we were giving our order. This poor communication seemed to be present with other tables which seemingly, like us, had to change their orders after learning the fryer was down. These things happen, but higher quality service would have informed us of the menu limitations earlier on after seating us.

Just stopped in to grab a slice and try this place out, and we were not disappointed. Possibly one of the best NY style slices I’ve had in Montreal so far. The pizza game in this city is ramping up in the last few years, and Locali is securing their spot at the top of the pack. Their crust is just perfection, and even on an all dressed slice where you might think there’s too much going on, the ingredients meld together nicely and the crust holds up. Will definitely be back to dine in and enjoy the cozy vibe, and get a whole pie!

A friend and I found this place by chance a few months ago and have been back several times since. The service is 10/10 (shoutout Abby!!!!!!!!!) and the food is 10/10, fully understand why you have to reserve 2 weeks in advance. We’ve also gotten takeout and delivery, same vibe! Highly recommend eating there though. Omg the MOUSSE 😭 need it in an IV

One of the best pizzas in town, La diavola is for sure my favorite and $8 Negronis are the cherry on top!
