I've never been there but live nearby and every time i pass by it's clear that Focaccia can try much harder to live in harmony with it's neighbors. Here are some issues that I've noticed: - There are people hanging outside waiting to pick up orders and making noise late into the night. - There are people in the terrace making noise way past 11pm. - Employees and clients sit on steps of nearby properties as if it's public property. - There's a mountain of garbage and recycling on the side street on pickup day. It's obvious that they probably serve great food in a nice atmosphere, but the success of this business should not come at the expense of it's neighbors.

I would like to assure you that we are working diligently with both our neighbors and the City to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. Over the past few months, we have unfortunately had to deal with individuals depositing waste in the surrounding streets and alleyways, which did not necessarily originate from our establishment.
To address the situation, we have installed signage, added locks to our waste containers, and strengthened the maintenance and regular cleaning of the alley and adjacent areas. We also provide constant reminders to both our team and our customers to be respectful of the neighborhood.
