I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pizza Salvatore. They really deserves 0 stars. Previously, we placed an order at 6:00 PM and did not receive the delivery until midnight. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, the food was cold and clearly not fresh. Unfortunately, this latest experience was even worse. This time, we placed an order at approximately 7:00 PM, only to have the delivery driver bring someone else’s order to our door. After discovering the mistake, my partner spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. During that time, she was repeatedly placed on hold, transferred between staff members, and even disconnected after being transferred. After more than two and a half hours, our order still had not been corrected or replaced. She had requested a reimbursement due to the unacceptable delay and poor service, only to be told that the same delivery driver was “in the area” and would eventually bring the correct order. The result is that we spent money on terrible service, wasted hours of our evening, and still did not receive the meal we ordered in a reasonable timeframe. Other pizza restaurants stand behind their delivery service with guarantees such as “delivery on time or it’s free.” Unfortunately, Salvatore appears to have no regard for customer service, accountability, or basic delivery standards. I will not recommend this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t ask to go to your contact us page as I did that and the result was as per this review. It was sent electronically while I was put on hold, transferred and being disconnected. I think this information is detailed enough.

Have ordered several times now. this time for an office meeting lunch (2 great medium pizzas at an excellent online price). Everybody enjoyed all the flavours (Veggie, , Mediterranean). I am certainly coming back soon. This is still our preferred place :0)
