The server( Andrea) was super friendly and incredibly helpful, even with the language barrier since I don't speak French, and the dessert was so rich and exotic – absolutely delicious.

I genuinely do not understand the hype around Pistachio . I paid $11 for what was supposed to be a “pistachio croissant,” only to watch the employee pull a cold croissant from the fridge, pour some pistachio syrup on it, and call it a day. That was literally the entire experience. The croissant tasted stale, overly sweet, and completely lazy for the price point. I’ve had gas station pastries that felt more fresh and thought-out than this. The service itself was fine, but the product was honestly ridiculous and nowhere near worth $11. If you’re charging premium prices, at least serve something that feels freshly made instead of something assembled in 10 seconds behind the counter. Really disappointing experience. I hope Pistachio takes feedback seriously and improves the quality because this felt like a complete waste of money.

While visiting Montreal we stopped in and had the Crepe Pistachio Royale. It was absolutely delicious! I would absolutely return.

I recommended the place to my friends and was greatly disappointed. There was only one girl working and she was working for 3 people at least. We sat down quickly but had to wait almost 40 minutes for our desserts. A lot of things weren’t working/available even if they were on the menu as well. I paid 47$ for 2 trompe l’œil and a coffee AND tipped, and as much as the desserts were good, the coffee took forever and I had to ask again for it. The girl at the counter was also kinda rude to us, despite being super friendly and smiley to other customers…. Will not recommend to friends again and most likely will not be back.

Today’s experience? Honestly… 10/10 across the board 🔥 We ordered pistachio crepe + chocolate rolls, and every single bite was next level 😍 The pistachio crepe was insane — rich flavor, super creamy sauce, perfectly balanced with fresh strawberries 🍓 As for the chocolate rolls? Soft, loaded, and topped with just the right amount of chocolate to hit that sweet spot 🍫 ✔️ Taste: 10/10 ✔️ Presentation: 10/10 ✔️ Portion: 10/10 ✔️ Overall experience: 10/10 Definitely coming back agai

Beautiful selection of desserts! They have a terrace so my friend and I sat outside while we ate the dessert. They have the viral fruit desserts. We got the mango and pecan, both 10/10.

Delicious dessert and very kind staff (especially the one named Mohamed) I was having a bad day but the staff were very kind with me and even gave a dessert on the house. Definitely would recommend to come here. The atmosphere is a very clean a luxurious calm environment I really do recommend.

Baught some special pastries and nothing really out of this world, also sooooo xpansive , Nice try but won’t ever back again, I really expected something else cuz ppl talking viral about special pastries, but no worth it at all, sorry….there’s coffee shop with way better special pastries
