A very cute dessert place. Comfortable atmosphere and super welcoming people. The tiramisu was super delicious and we loved the Nutella croissant. They definitely don't skimp on chocolate!

Lovely dessert spot. The desserts weren’t overly sweet and they have a good variety. The mango trompe-oeil we took had a layer of something like a mango shaved ice inside, which would be really refreshing for the summer, the person who was there was also very kind!

I visited Pistachio in downtown Montreal with four friends yesterday, and unfortunately the experience was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered, we greeted the staff member and asked how she was doing, but she completely ignored us and gave us a dirty look. When she asked if we were dining in or taking out and we said dining in, she gave another unpleasant look that made us feel unwelcome. Shortly after, she told us the restaurant was closing, which clearly felt like she wanted us to leave. What made it stranger was that when other customers walked in afterward, she reacted similarly toward them — giving uncomfortable looks and seeming visibly upset. We understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should still be respectful and professional. The atmosphere made us feel like we weren’t welcome there at all, which is disappointing when you’re just trying to enjoy a dessert place with friends. I hope management looks into this and ensures customers are treated respectfully in the future.

We visited this spot when we took a trip to Montreal and it was super cute! We took a pistachio gelato and a mango trompe-l’œil, and it was delicious. We also loved the customer service. 10/10 recommend 💯

I would say the pastries trompe oeil are good but i dont know if it worth the price for the size of it, also disappointed coming in, no greeting the guy was on his phone while serving me, I would think the pastries would be high end but after the service and what I paid for doesn’t match with the high end quality , the cherry was good but it was so small for almost 15$
