I went here do decompress and enjoy some food & study for my exams, instead I was greeted with being told I must sit in a sit for one because I was one. I explained I have so much documents & books to study I need more space. She didn’t care. I didn’t even finish my meal, I felt uncomfortable at this restaurants environment and customer service.
One of the staff is very rude. My husband always eats there and is a regular customer. Our family also eats there often but since one of the staff showed me a bad attitude, we are never going back. There was a dried blood on the toilet bowl which I noticed when I came in the washroom. We did not use the toilet but just washed my daughter’s hands on the sink. When I came out, this employee confronted us saying we dirtied the toilet with blood. Check the blood stain, it was surely there for hours as it was already dried out, we never used the toilet because it was already dirty when we came in. I just feel so bad being accused of something I did not do. The audacity of her assuming it was me who did that was astounding.🤷♀️ I have never been humiliated like that in my life. Learn to treat your customers right.
Very disappointed with my experience today. There was a communication issue when ordering, and instead of helping clarify the difference between the options, the waitress became rude and dismissive. I ended up receiving two plates I didn’t even want, and when I tried to explain calmly that this wasn’t what I ordered, the situation only got worse. Customer service goes a long way, especially when there’s confusion. A little patience and kindness could have changed the entire experience. Instead, I left upset, asked for a refund, and unfortunately will not be returning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but respect and professionalism matter.

Food food itself was good but, the experience didn’t match. The atmosphere was honestly uncomfortable. It didn’t feel welcoming at all, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. On top of that, the woman taking my order was quite rude and made me feel rushed the entire time, like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. It’s disappointing because the food has potential, but customer service and ambiance matter just as much. I probably wouldn’t come back unless those things improve.
Bad experience/bad service. Never returning. Going to competitor close by. Owner does not allow to eat sandwich onsite, only takeout, even if you order soup to eat onsite.

Hole in the wall, but the best little gem of a place. Very busy, and understandably so. The food is very good to excellent!
Good foods at very good prices
Visited during the evening of 3/29/2026. Place is pretty neat. The server was friendly but the lady chef/owner(?) was not. Their soup base is pretty good but there are other place, lots more, that I can support and enjoy. If I come back with the same unfriendly face, then I'll never come back. They will get another chance 😉
genuinely so good had to give it a review. might be the best pho and the best bang-for-your-buck on the island of montreal. 15$ for a pho size L with incredibly generous portions (surpasses all the other places I went). Also, the fried ice cream dessert was amazing.

The dining area is a bit cramped, but the food is excellent, and the portion of beef is huge—really, really huge! A few times I even had to leave half a bowl of beef unfinished. Yes, I couldn’t finish the beef (and I usually have a big appetite).
Good food always, going for years. Tasty, big portions and very fair prices. Try the spicy soup.
Their pho is overloaded with meat, tendons and meatballs. Their dried dumplings is also a winner.

Pho was always very good here but tonight it was very dissappointing. No basil or lime was given and they did not even have diet Coke. Even there pho was not as good as before. Service was mediocre at best. I don't think we'll be back.

We used to come here from a long time it’s the favourite restaurant of me and my family but last week when we went there something strange happened, there was guy who came there for getting his pick up order nd may be he had some sandwiches and something else with that, so he told that he wanted to eat here and the lady over there just politely told him that you can have the another thing inside but not the sandwiches because sandwiches are only for takeout over there but I don’t happened to him he started shouting that why he can’t have sandwiches inside nd then he went to table begins to eat sandwiches inside even she already stopped him to not to. He got angry when she again stopped him he was shouting even other customers over were getting angry due to his behaviour with the lady even my friend wanted to hit him because he was really rude and talking just rubbish. But as a loyal customer I wants to take stand that some people are just crazy instead of understanding rules of some places they just want everything same like there home… they think they are king even outside there home. I really felt bad that day but overall I love coming here…. I love the food here … nd I think some people needs to use there common sense nd needs to learn some manners to behave with others.
