I used the app to order 15 minutes in advance because I didn't want to wait. When I got there, my order wasnt even started. I was told it would take 20 minutes more. This is the second time this location has done this to me. I will not be going back.

Had a really bad experience a few days ago. came around 3:30 AM, the store was listed as 24 hours but the doors were locked. An employee was inside using his phone and completely ignored me, even though I knocked and called. My order was still charged. But when I visited again today, Adnan helped me and he was extremely polite. He apologized and even added a few extra items to make up for it. Thanks to him, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1.

The service was extremely slow considering the 5 people I saw in the kitchen (I waited around 25 mins to receive my 2 pieces chicken box) and other customers were receiving their orders even before me (they were ordering the chicken boxes as well). I won't come back to this location.

I ordered food online for pickup over a week ago. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order was no longer available because the restaurant had been very busy earlier, and that I would need to wait another hour for it to be prepared again. I understand that rushes happen, but I ordered ahead because I needed to eat at that moment, not an hour later. I asked for a refund, which should have been simple. Instead, the cook disappeared, came back, handed me a phone, and had me speak to a manager who started the call with “How are you today?” … completely unnecessary given the situation. I only wanted a refund, and a week later, I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience, poor handling of a simple issue, and unacceptable customer service.
