Its closed!!! And they are not even open 24/7 they usually open 9 am to 11pm, but they have been closed since yesterday

Definitely a subpar experience. My kid loves chicken and we live a few blocks away, so I’ve given them a fair number of chances to redeem themselves and it seems like each time it gets worse and worse. Surly employees, incredibly long wait times, and the fountain drink machine doesn’t seem to work. This most recent visit pushed me over the edge - I ordered online and gave them a few extra minutes before heading in. Told “10 minutes!”. No biggie. Except that it was actually 25 minutes after I arrived, à full 30 minutes after my online order said it would be ready. And the staff were super snarky/indifferent. My order wasn’t any huge or complicated either. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t return, but KIDS, so I will do so armed with patience and TIME.
My experience was amazing! Ilias was so kind and attentive He made me feel very comfortable, and his service was outstanding thank u for making it a great experience.

Mediocre re-heated and expensive for what it is. Ordered 2 tenders, fries and a drink for $17!! They wouldn't give any sauces, it was extremely salty and the girls at counter hated their jobs unfortunately. First and last time trying PFK.
FAST FOOD ? It’s more like SLOW FOOD i have waited over 45 minutes for a burger and some fries that’s just crazy. The customer service is the worst the 3 women working barely talk and when ask questions about how long it would take they didn’t even answer and look really annoyed and mad at you All the Ubers eats orders come first and your last if you buy there the priority’s are not right

I just waited 40 minutes for my food. While I was there, two Doordash drivers came and left because their orders weren't ready. When I finally got my order the fries weren't even cooked enough. They were mushy and a bit disgusting. I won't be going back.
I used the app to order 15 minutes in advance because I didn't want to wait. When I got there, my order wasnt even started. I was told it would take 20 minutes more. This is the second time this location has done this to me. I will not be going back.

Had a really bad experience a few days ago. came around 3:30 AM, the store was listed as 24 hours but the doors were locked. An employee was inside using his phone and completely ignored me, even though I knocked and called. My order was still charged. But when I visited again today, Adnan helped me and he was extremely polite. He apologized and even added a few extra items to make up for it. Thanks to him, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1.
The service was extremely slow considering the 5 people I saw in the kitchen (I waited around 25 mins to receive my 2 pieces chicken box) and other customers were receiving their orders even before me (they were ordering the chicken boxes as well). I won't come back to this location.
I ordered food online for pickup over a week ago. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order was no longer available because the restaurant had been very busy earlier, and that I would need to wait another hour for it to be prepared again. I understand that rushes happen, but I ordered ahead because I needed to eat at that moment, not an hour later. I asked for a refund, which should have been simple. Instead, the cook disappeared, came back, handed me a phone, and had me speak to a manager who started the call with “How are you today?” … completely unnecessary given the situation. I only wanted a refund, and a week later, I still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience, poor handling of a simple issue, and unacceptable customer service.
