Ordered online 30mins before pick-up. Once there, the order was not sent to the kitchen and was told it would be a long wait. Wanted to cancel order and they could not give me proof that I would be refunded. Worst service ever. Would not recommend. Stay clear of this place.

Decided to give KFC I second chance after years , unfortunately still not good , chicken is never crispy like in my childhood memories the 90s . Everything was sagy. They lost their touch ! Last time for me

How hard can it be to update your website to close? Store as been closed for almost a month now and it's still saying open online. I upgraded to 4 stars because there has been improvements.

The customer service at this Notre Dame location is an utter disgrace. I arrived at the store as an Uber delivery driver. I waited 40mins. Why? (because every 15 mins they baited me and said just wait a few more minutes its coming soon).....After waiting a full 40mins I was told it will be an additional 30mins!!!! How on earth does this store stay in business?!? Half the customers in line were frustrated & swearing. One guy was raising his voice as he was waiting 1 hour ready to get physical. I called the customer on the app, explained the situation and canceled the order and left the store. I got Uber to permanently blocked me from this KFC for future deliveries. For the love of God, this store needs a brand new manager & staff or just shut down to entire store. This has got to be the absolute worst fast food store in Quebec 👎

The guy at counter was rude, everyone’s screaming . The place is filthy disgusting. It wasn’t eatable. Threw it out🤢the floor was so dirty . It’s unbelievable that the health department doesn’t close it down. I could just image what the washroom is like. Stay away from this place.

Worst experience ive ever witnessed, some indian guy and a black woman are working in the kitchen, we made a pre order, we are going in to grab it, there are only 2 people in the waiting room, we waited for 30 minutes, THIRTY MINUTES! while we were waiting we never got greeted they both could see us not even a hello ill be right with you nothing no manners what so ever, then qe turn oir heads, they closed the dine in area? With garbages? Is that even allowed? Now were all stuck like sardines waiting, this guy finally comes to "take our order" still its not ready.. then when i finally get my order ... youd think since they took there sweet sweet time to make it that it would be well made? Well no it wasnt i ordered 2 sandwich boxes 1 with a specialty fry an xt single gravy and a wrap to try.. i only got the 2 boxes with the sandwiches we never got the wrap/ the gravy/ the specialty fry and to top it all off my husband ordered the corn on the side we got it and it was FROZEN litterally iced.. and hard... anyways worst place ever idk how its not closed you guys are lucky i didint go back for my money back actual waste of time

This place is horrible. Customer service sucks. Employees are rude and will give you attitude. And expect to wait at least 30-40 minutes for your food, every single time. No matter the time of day. The food is whatever, it’s KFC.

I ordered a 10 pc bucket with three sides 50 dollars Coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting around for a while and they only fîled 3/4 , fries same thing not a full box. Now the chicken you get 10 chunks of small cut chicken brests heavily battered for size... inwas craving pfk and drove 20 min to find one in Gatineau. Soooo disappointed next time ill drive to ottawa to mary browns or popeyes

You’re lucky if you actually even receive any food when you order from this place. Forget the fact they almost always mess up the order, it’s a miracle if they don’t just take your money and not deliver anything. Don’t bother calling them because they’ll either not answer or pick up, deny everything and hang up on you.

Everytime we order from here via Uber Eats, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to be ready!! Like 40 minutes. We've had drivers drop out of delivery because it's such a ridiculous wait time. Once they pick up the order they still have to bring it to us, about 15-20 minutes away (off Ernest-Gaboury). Things are often forgotten and food is usually cold. Get some new employees, and actually train them on how to do their job!!
