I am a longtime customer and I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the new manager , she takes a lot of pride in the company she works for , it’s very refreshing to see the staff happy there smiling they used to be miserable I had notice ! I am mostly happy that the dust of the light fixtures and the ceiling is gone ! Good job to the entire team I like how the store cleaned up in the past months it felt neglected this time last year . Great job to the entire staff, we love petinos!!!❤️

I had an amazing experience at Petinos Charlemagne! The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the wonderful service provided by Massimo, who made my morning even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Great food and an even better experience. The service at the front was super welcoming, and the hostess was friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of right away. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
