Was very good. Wait staff friendly, and you can see a lot of thought goes into the entire process. A seasonal menu keeps the interest fresh as well. Hats off to you ✌️

Great food, great atmosphere and place. The adults menu was amazing. The kids menu was definitely for very young kids and overly sweet, but still I would definitely recommend. The staff is amazing too

Papermane delivered an elegant, personalized high tea experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. We were particularly charmed by the attentive service, the custom tea-steeping hourglasses, and the impeccable macarons. I enjoyed the variety among the savory bites. After responding to the customer satisfaction survey, the owner replied very considerately. As Americans visiting Quebec for the first time, we loved Papermane!

I went here for my friend's birthday the other week and the place is absolutely beautiful with nice decorations. The staff were attentive, but the price was absolutely astronomical for what we got. We weren't given the choice between the holiday menu or the regular one.We were told we had to take the holiday one, which was $100. It came with a glass of juice and at that price, they couldn't even give us the bubbly included?! It was an additional price. The little appetizer was disgusting, all 5 of us didn't eat it. The rest of the food was expected, but paying $100 was highway robbery for the quantity. Additionally, we were abruptly brought our bills and jackets without us asking if we were finished. We were there to celebrate a birthday, spend time with friends, not be kicked out. Extremely disappointed with the visit.

We’re glad you enjoyed the ambiance and found our team attentive, but we regret that other aspects left you disappointed. I would like to clarify that your reservation took place during the holiday period, during which we offer a special festive menu only. The pricing and format are communicated in advance, as this experience is designed to be more elaborate than our regular offering. The holiday menu included foie gras as an appetizer, a glass of bubbly, as well as a tasting plateau composed of 12 additional elements, which most of our guests consider to be excellent value for a celebratory experience. That being said, taste is subjective, and we’re genuinely sorry that our foie gras item did not meet your expectations. We’re also sorry if the way the end of your visit was handled made you feel rushed or unwelcome — this is never our intention, and your feedback is important to us.
