Great food but service was not great. I understand this was a busy night and It could be a mix of not enough staff, too many tables or to many people arriving at the same time, but it was still a long wait to get anything and we barely saw our server. We had to ask busboys to get water after 10-15 mins, the server always looked in a hurry talking to us, he took orders of tables that arrived after us before us, an appetizer was forgotten and many mistakes were made on the bills, in general he didn’t seemed to have time to take care of our table.

The food was good as an asian infusion restaurant. The Singapore noodles in my opinion was the best item on the menu however, I tried the rice that came with other meals and it was not cooked properly, very disappointing when the rice misses the mark. The fried banana dessert was totally worth the price of admission to end the night.

Very good and yummy food. We went here for our wedding and go to eat dinner every now and then (it's a little far). I'm so glad there is a PF. Chang's in Canada. The Dynamite shrimp are always a hit! The rest of the food is also very yummy. Servers are so sweet and attentive.

The food is consistently delicious. We always order their amazing signature starter, the “Chang Lettuce Wheels.” Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

The food and service were just okay overall. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable, but nothing was bad either. The dishes were decent, unfortunately nothing arrived in a reasonable time but the service was fine but fairly standard. It’s an acceptable spot if you’re nearby or looking for something quick, though I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Had a horrible experience when we visited this weekend for our anniversary. Been trying to contact customer service or someone in order to get our issues addressed and all the emails don’t work and even when I call I get hung up on. Horrible customer service. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The food and service both lacked quality this was definitely not how we wanted to end our trip down to Montreal.

The food is decent but service is really bad. First, we waited 45 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Then after that the waiter took our order brought the food out pretty quickly but never came back to ask if we needed something. Also when she brought the food she threw the plates on the table very aggressively and left.

We were a group of 10 people on Sunday Dec 21st at 12:30pm. The food and service were exceptional, we had a wonderful time with our waitress everything we ate was her recommendation and it was excellent, unfortunately we did not get her name. P.F. Chang’s is a solid spot for Asian-inspired food with a nice, modern vibe. The lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef are always favorites, and portions are generous. Service is usually friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere works well for both casual dinners and special occasions. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and consistency make it worth it. Would definitely come back.

We had a great experience and really recommend. Michael and Jacob were great and made our night very enjoyable. Also, the food was incredible and filled with amazing flavour and good portions, thanks to the amazing chefs. Overall 5/5 and definitely going back!

1st visit with spouse and friends Pros: Michael H offered great service, tips, honest recommendations all with a great smile and attitude, we would GO back for him not the food, 5 ⭐️👍🏼 Litchi martini was very good🍸 Affogato was great way to end the evening Portions are very generous Cons: Fried salt/pepper calamaris were tough/overcooked Singapore noodles were lackluster, I’ve had much tastier ones in many other Asian restaurants 🍜 Crispy beef, too sweet

Went to eat here on Sunday and the young man called Mathis that brought me my food was very pleasant had a quick chat with him as he recommended some plates in all service was excellent and the food was delicious

The food was very good. It took a while for our main course to be served after the appetizer. At arrival we were told we had to be out 2hrs after our arrival but our main course was served 1h40 minutes after arrival ? In the end time was not an issue but just a bit bizarre that we had a time constraint to begin with. ???
