Very nice experience going out with my 10 year old boy for a Saturday night diner. We were greeted with a very friendly and thoughtful hostess. All though there was a problem on my end with my reservation, we were kindly given a table by the hostess in a very timely manner. Our waiter, George, was kind and professional with my son, this was truly appreciated. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered and was hot and delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the flavours were spot on. As a dad, going to diner with my kids is always a very joyful moment for me and having great service with amazing food makes it that more special. Many thanks for this delightful dinning experience.

Vibe is great but the food is just okay. There tends to be an issue with salt levels of their food. The beef broccoli was the best dish we had (slightly over salted), the wonton soup was too salty and the noodle dish didn’t taste like much. The crispy honey chicken wasn’t very crispy. I highly recommend the peanut butter panfried dumplings‼️ The staff were EXCELLENT and so is the atmosphere.

Very disappointed with my experience at P.F. Chang’s today. I’m a regular customer and placed a pickup order earlier, but when I got home the Mongolian beef was extremely salty as if the salt shaker had fallen into the dish. It honestly made me wonder if the food is tasted before being served. The hot and sour soup was also very watery and nothing like the usual consistency I’m used to. I called to share my feedback and asked that my complaint be passed on to a manager. The only response I received was “I’m sorry to hear that,” with no offer to replace the meal, exchange it, or make things right. Very disappointing customer service, especially from a place I normally enjoy and support.

P.F. Chang’s exceeded all of our expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Their Valentine’s Day special was absolutely phenomenal!! Beautifully presented, flavourful, and incredibly satisfying. Every dish tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. The portions were generous and truly worth every dollar spent.It was such a lovely way to connect with my hubby, enjoying an amazing meal, watching some sports, and just soaking in the moment together.The atmosphere is stunning, elegant yet comfortable, with such a warm and inviting aesthetic. It feels upscale without being pretentious.What truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They checked in at just the right moments and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. ☺️Everything from start to finish was seamless. We left happy, full, and already talking about our next visit. We will absolutely be returning! Book your reservation soon! You won’t regret it!! 🌟

It was the worst service ever! Forgot my soup had to ask for it, forgot my dumplings had to ask again…. Meal was long to receive and was told that they did not expect so many people on a Sunday for lunch, the restaurant wasn’t even 1/2 full. Very disappointing will not go back.

The waitress Annie-pier was rude and the it took asking 2 times for the busboys to bring us water. She didn’t wish the birthday person happy birthday they just dropped the cake and left. Overall service terrible not at all like our last experiences here.

Great experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to Anthony and MichaelH behind the bar and Loovens on the floor. The drinks were excellent, the dishes came out fast, and everything was explained clearly. Friendly, professional service all around — highly recommend!

Had an amazing time at P.F. Chang's, Anthony gave an amazing service! Honestly the best service I've seen in a long time. He gave our whole group great recomendations. We will defenitely be asking for Anthony to serve us again next time we come dine.

Went to P.F. Chang’s with two friends after a long day and the vibe was instantly great. Huge shoutout to Spyro at the bar—friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft. The food was excellent and the drinks were perfectly made, especially the Baileys Coffee, which is my favorite. Excellent service and atmosphere.
