It is our third time going to PF Chang’s and the restaurant never fails to disappoints us. We came for dinner for my Birthday and the food and service were both exceptional. Our waitress, Judith was very friendly and professional. As well as Jacob always made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend!

Great service and delicious food! Tanya is truly the best—her kindness and exceptional service made our visit unforgettable. Jorge and Anthony also delivered outstanding service and were very attentive. Everything we ordered was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

For me honestly it's overpriced and the food is just OK, I got the chang chicken sort of like a general tao chicken and the portion doesn't even fill the container where it was served, taste was good, I also got the shrimp pad thai and the portion was bigger, food was ok, both plates were 29+tax each paid like almost 70$ and I feel the portions were not big enough for the price

Yesterday I ordered with Uber. I ordered a few items like lo mein which I wanted to change to Singapore noodles then dumplings, then a Coke rice and shrimps when I receive my order, I looked in the bag quickly and I saw no Coke. Then I saw my lo mein was not changed. I called directly to the restaurant. I spoke to the girl and she said I am apologize. I will give you a credit in the store and I told her I didn’t wanna credit. I wanted the right item. It’s not the first time that this happened. Then when I went into the bag I found out I had no Dumplings either and no Rice now I called again and I was pissed now I spoke to the girl and she said oh, I will give you a credit again. I told her it has nothing to do with the credit. I want to speak to the manager. The manager was supposed to call me back because she was in a meeting. This was at five in the afternoon. I didn’t get a call back yesterday or today now that’s not very professional of the manager now the person who is taking the orders should get fired or the manager should teach old school when you’re going down the list. You check every item off and make sure it’s in the bike now I said no utensils but I got you utensils. I got my sauce but no dumplings so the manager should’ve had the courtesy to call me because if I got in my car and went to the store, she wouldn’t have been too happy with me because it’s nothing more annoying than receiving your bag and nothing‘s correct inside now like I said old school, they gotta just check off the list and make sure the items are there. I got charged that was nice but no items and no callback from the manager so manager is very unprofessional or the girl in the front didn’t give my name to the manager, which she said the manager was in a meeting and would call me back very shortly, so it gives me a sour taste in my mouth and also I don’t know if I got food poisoning or not. I woke up in the morning with a massive headache and throwing up so really I think this is the last time I went go to P.F. Chang’s, which I go there all the time it just the quality went completely downhill in my eyes.

We were a party of 6 and ordered a variety of dishes which we shared family-style. All the dishes ordered (gluten free) were delicious - portions were generous. It was excellent. Will definitely return.

Very excellent food & friendly staff! I really appreciate the service and hospitality! Tastes so good the shrimp dynamic appetiser, we ordered Phad Thai, fried Dumplings, soups, fried rice and beef broccoli! It great place for gathering !!

I had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and I honestly have to give a special shoutout to Mathis, the busboy. You don’t always expect to notice someone in that role, but he completely stood out. He was incredibly attentive, quick, and genuinely kind, always making sure our table was spotless without ever being intrusive.

I don’t even know where to start… George is actually the best server I’ve ever had, no joke. From the second we sat down, he was on point with everything. Super friendly, funny, and just made the whole vibe better. He was mad attentive without being annoying, like he just knew exactly when we needed something. Drinks always full, food came out perfect, and he made sure everything was good the whole time. Honestly felt like VIP service. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just doing the job. If you go there and don’t get George, you missed out fr. 10/10 experience, give this man a raise.

Unfortunately the food quality at this place went down hell. The soup wasn’t hot enough and not spicy as mentioned in the menu and now it became very salty. Cheap cold chicken in the chicken roll plate. The Mongolian beef was cold and low quality as well. The dynamite shrimp: you can get a way better quality if you walk to the mall food court. The prices are still affordable and excellent service from Michael thou. Bad!

Very disappointed. The wonton soup was tasteless and only had two mini wontons. The main dish ordered were the singapour noodles, another major disappointment. First of all, extremely salty, very few tiny shrimps and couldn't find the chicken. Not likely to return.

We dined at P.F. Chang’s tonight with a group of 12, including kids, and Michael was absolutely exceptional. Despite our many requests and picky eaters, he remained attentive, patient, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire evening. His service was seamless, professional, and warm — he truly elevated our experience. Simply outstanding.

I have eaten here multiple times and I have never been disappointed. Every dish I have ordered has been delicious, with good portions, their cocktails are yummy, service always good. Something I really appreciate is the variety and how they can accommodate certain food restrictions. I rarely eat out because I am often underwhelmed for the price of food lately, but this is one of my top choices! I wish I could eat here more often. Some dishes I can recommend: Crispy beef, Singapore street noodles, lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, Chang chicken, King prawns

I am writing to formally share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. As a regular customer who has visited many times before, I was surprised by the level of service we received during this visit. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food to be served, which felt unusually long without any clear explanation for the delay. When we attempted to ask the server about the status of our order, the response we received was delivered with a noticeably negative attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When the food finally arrived, we also noticed that part of the meal was slightly undercooked. This was particularly frustrating after already waiting such a long time. As loyal customers who normally enjoy the atmosphere and food at your restaurant, this experience did not reflect the level of service we have come to expect.
