Very excellent food & friendly staff! I really appreciate the service and hospitality! Tastes so good the shrimp dynamic appetiser, we ordered Phad Thai, fried Dumplings, soups, fried rice and beef broccoli! It great place for gathering !!

I had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and I honestly have to give a special shoutout to Mathis, the busboy. You don’t always expect to notice someone in that role, but he completely stood out. He was incredibly attentive, quick, and genuinely kind, always making sure our table was spotless without ever being intrusive.

I don’t even know where to start… George is actually the best server I’ve ever had, no joke. From the second we sat down, he was on point with everything. Super friendly, funny, and just made the whole vibe better. He was mad attentive without being annoying, like he just knew exactly when we needed something. Drinks always full, food came out perfect, and he made sure everything was good the whole time. Honestly felt like VIP service. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just doing the job. If you go there and don’t get George, you missed out fr. 10/10 experience, give this man a raise.

Unfortunately the food quality at this place went down hell. The soup wasn’t hot enough and not spicy as mentioned in the menu and now it became very salty. Cheap cold chicken in the chicken roll plate. The Mongolian beef was cold and low quality as well. The dynamite shrimp: you can get a way better quality if you walk to the mall food court. The prices are still affordable and excellent service from Michael thou. Bad!

Very disappointed. The wonton soup was tasteless and only had two mini wontons. The main dish ordered were the singapour noodles, another major disappointment. First of all, extremely salty, very few tiny shrimps and couldn't find the chicken. Not likely to return.

We dined at P.F. Chang’s tonight with a group of 12, including kids, and Michael was absolutely exceptional. Despite our many requests and picky eaters, he remained attentive, patient, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire evening. His service was seamless, professional, and warm — he truly elevated our experience. Simply outstanding.

I have eaten here multiple times and I have never been disappointed. Every dish I have ordered has been delicious, with good portions, their cocktails are yummy, service always good. Something I really appreciate is the variety and how they can accommodate certain food restrictions. I rarely eat out because I am often underwhelmed for the price of food lately, but this is one of my top choices! I wish I could eat here more often. Some dishes I can recommend: Crispy beef, Singapore street noodles, lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, Chang chicken, King prawns

I am writing to formally share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. As a regular customer who has visited many times before, I was surprised by the level of service we received during this visit. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food to be served, which felt unusually long without any clear explanation for the delay. When we attempted to ask the server about the status of our order, the response we received was delivered with a noticeably negative attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When the food finally arrived, we also noticed that part of the meal was slightly undercooked. This was particularly frustrating after already waiting such a long time. As loyal customers who normally enjoy the atmosphere and food at your restaurant, this experience did not reflect the level of service we have come to expect.

The food at P.F. Chang’s Laval is really good always fresh and tasty, and the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I’ve come here 5 times, and every visit has been consistent in that sense. The only downside? The service is suuuuper slow. Even just getting your drinks can take a while, and if you’re really hungry, be prepared to wait at least 20–30 minutes for your food. So, if you’re not in a rush, this place is great. But if you’re starving and need something quick, maybe keep that in mind.

Completely unacceptable and shockingly unprofessional. I booked an online reservation that clearly provided a two-hour dining window. How does it make any sense for a restaurant to accept a reservation and then close the kitchen within that reserved time? This is beyond incompetence. I arrived at 3:45 PM, exactly as per my reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was already closed. If the kitchen was going to be shut, why accept reservations at all? This is misleading, careless, and shows complete disregard for customers’ time. This incident occurred on my wedding anniversary, and I arrived with my 1-year-old child, which made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing. I never expected this level of irresponsibility from P.F. Chang’s. Restaurants enforce strict no-show policies on customers, yet there seems to be no accountability when the restaurant fails to honor its own reservations. Customers should have the same protection—either honor the reservation or compensate for incidents like this. Worst service imaginable. Poor management, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time. Never coming back.

Very nice experience going out with my 10 year old boy for a Saturday night diner. We were greeted with a very friendly and thoughtful hostess. All though there was a problem on my end with my reservation, we were kindly given a table by the hostess in a very timely manner. Our waiter, George, was kind and professional with my son, this was truly appreciated. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered and was hot and delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the flavours were spot on. As a dad, going to diner with my kids is always a very joyful moment for me and having great service with amazing food makes it that more special. Many thanks for this delightful dinning experience.

Vibe is great but the food is just okay. There tends to be an issue with salt levels of their food. The beef broccoli was the best dish we had (slightly over salted), the wonton soup was too salty and the noodle dish didn’t taste like much. The crispy honey chicken wasn’t very crispy. I highly recommend the peanut butter panfried dumplings‼️ The staff were EXCELLENT and so is the atmosphere.

Very disappointed with my experience at P.F. Chang’s today. I’m a regular customer and placed a pickup order earlier, but when I got home the Mongolian beef was extremely salty as if the salt shaker had fallen into the dish. It honestly made me wonder if the food is tasted before being served. The hot and sour soup was also very watery and nothing like the usual consistency I’m used to. I called to share my feedback and asked that my complaint be passed on to a manager. The only response I received was “I’m sorry to hear that,” with no offer to replace the meal, exchange it, or make things right. Very disappointing customer service, especially from a place I normally enjoy and support.
