We enjoyed our time here very much. The ordering was easy and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will come back again to try some new items. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good time. The vibe was really nice today.

It's not my first time at P.F. Chang's and the consistency at this restaurant is incredible. It brings a piece of mind that you'll have a great service and tasty food. Talking about service, I was served by Magaly couple of times already. What an incredible young lady ! Very sweet, always smiling and happy to help. Order is always correct, and asks us if everything is good or if we need anything. Thank you so much Magaly you're really wonderful and P. F. Chang's is lucky to have you ! I highly recommend this restaurant !

Service was extremely slow. It took 1h20 minutes after we irdered for the food to arrive. Two of the plates were wrong and had to be redone. The wait was not worth the price or the quality.

This has become one of our absolute favorite spots for a family night out. The atmosphere is always welcoming, but the service tonight really took it to the next level. A huge shoutout to our server, Michael H., who was fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure the kids had everything they needed without us even having to ask. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back soon!

1st time i try PF Chang’s and i wanted to try it been a while, especially for my business dinners, but this time i decided to try it with my wife for her birthday and it was an amazing choice, she loved the food quality, the menu and the cocktails, we tried multiple items and none disappointed us, Only issue we faced, the hostess at the door informed us that we have 2hours max however we seated and took 25mn for someone to come take the order, and we asked for soupe first we got the appetizers before so we had to eat the soup fast before it gets cold but its ok we managed. Side note, when i booked my table i mentioned its a birthday but no one really acknowledged it vs other places they do. Anyway just to be fair we really like the food and we will definitely go again.

Last Saturday, we were only about 5 minutes lates for our reservation, and were not allowed to enter we unfortunately left after 1 hour waiting maybe they give us a table but we left without dining due to extremely unprofessional reception service. The lack of proper customer handling created a very poor first impression and showed a clear need for staff training.

The food at P.F. Chang’s was genuinely delicious—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. However, the service really needs improvement. We had to repeat our requests multiple times and follow up just to get simple things. Our soy sauce dish was cracked, and even after asking for a replacement, it was forgotten. Overall, great food but the service experience took away from it

Dear manager, I would like to share some feedback regarding our visit on Saturday, May 1st at 5:45 PM. Overall, we were disappointed with the service we received. While I understand that I personally ordered the wrong soup, and that was my mistake—not the waiter’s—it was not necessary for us to be lectured about it. When I politely asked if it could be changed, the waiter responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, repeatedly pointing out that the error was mine. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, we had a child at the table with a kids’ meal. When i asked “what drink choices do you have?” The waiter responded without making eye contact “what drink does she want?” which was not helpful. I had to name the choices myself and the waiter was telling me if he had them or not. We believe that treating customers with patience and respect is always important, regardless of the situation. If I could give a rate to this restaurant I will absolutely give it a 0 stars because they DIDN'T EVEN GIVE US A TABLE (we took a reservation) AND WE LEFT! We had a reservation at this restaurant in carrefour laval for me and my family and my mom's friend and we arrived like 5 minutes late because we couldn't find a place to park our car. When w arrived, there was 3 receptionistes girls and when we ask for our table, they told us that we were late and there were no table and that was our fault and that we have to leave. My mom told them that they can't just tell us to leave, we had a reservation so they told to wait for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, they gave tables to many people that hasn't took even a reservation and we were all before them. Then, after a few minutes the manager came and told us don't worry we will give you a table after a few minutes.After another 30 min. everyone already sat down and we were the only people still standing the fact that we arrived before them, my mom asked the manager when is she gonna give us our table she kept saying in a few minutes. My mom told her that was unfair that we waited for this long just because we arrived late for 5 minutes, she told us that it was our fault and this our PUNISHMENT and she start to argue. At the and, my mom got angry and told her and the receptionist girls that we are leaving and that she didn't like there behavior and that she is not coming back another time. In conclusion, they we're very mean to us, we kept standing for whole hour waiting for our table and we didn't get it and we just left! They are punishing us because we were late?! It's not like we are at school , this is ridiculous I've never seen a restaurant like that! My little brother got really sad after we left , he was really excited to tried this restaurant and I was really disappointed.

Votre arrivée, après plus de 30 minutes suivant l'heure initiale de votre réservation, s'est donc vue annulée. Dans ce contexte, il n'était malheureusement plus possible de garantir immédiatement la table initialement réservée. Notre maître d'hôtel vous a expliqué la situation de manière très professionnelle et respectueuse dès votre arrivée. Afin de tout de même pouvoir vous accueillir, nous vous avons offert d'être ajoutés à la liste d'attente jusqu'à ce qu'une table devienne disponible. Il est important de préciser qu'à aucun moment il n'a été question de ''punition''. Les procédures appliquées étaient les mêmes que celles utilisées pour tous nos clients lorsque des retards importants surviennent pendant des périodes achalandées. It is our third time going to PF Chang’s and the restaurant never fails to disappoints us. We came for dinner for my Birthday and the food and service were both exceptional. Our waitress, Judith was very friendly and professional. As well as Jacob always made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend!

Great service and delicious food! Tanya is truly the best—her kindness and exceptional service made our visit unforgettable. Jorge and Anthony also delivered outstanding service and were very attentive. Everything we ordered was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

For me honestly it's overpriced and the food is just OK, I got the chang chicken sort of like a general tao chicken and the portion doesn't even fill the container where it was served, taste was good, I also got the shrimp pad thai and the portion was bigger, food was ok, both plates were 29+tax each paid like almost 70$ and I feel the portions were not big enough for the price
