We had a pleasure staying at Novotel. We stayed in February, the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The helped us quickly with some documents that had to be printed. I would recommend!!

Fantastic location, you can do local sightseeing on foot if weather permits. Plenty of options for food nearby. I had to attend interview at consulate, and it took just 5 mins to reach there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. Room and bathroom were clean. Cons - No complimentary water bottles were provided at check-in, better to carry your own. It wasn't a deal breaker for us.

We stayed here as it’s in a great location for Centre Bell, and were very happy we did. Finding and parking here was a breeze, and check in was quick and easy. The room was exactly as I’d expected. Definitely a place I’d stay at again when in town.

We were in town for a show at the Bell center, perfectly located staff was amazing with all our questions, breakfast buffet had a great selection , the restaurant staff was attentive. The room was clean and so comfortable. We loved being able to cast to it so it felt just like home. The products in the hotel were top notch, if I weren't flying with just a carry on I would have bought the hand soap, it was lovely. Only downside was no vending on site, we arrived late due to delays and ended up spending a lot for a kit kat bar. Thank you so much Novotel we will be back for sure.

Very close to the Bell Centre. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Great hotel.

The staff helped us with both an early check in and late check out which was incredible helpful due to our planes arrival and departure times. The location was right next to the Bell Centre which was awesome for going to the Habs game! Clean and comfortable stay, thank you!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We predominantly selected Novotel due to its proximity from the US Embassy. It was -24C and the heater wasn’t working. We were exhausted from our long flight and just wanted to sleep, didn’t want to change rooms so we didn’t really bring it up. It wasn’t freezing but it wasn’t warm as we like it - manageable. Probably had to do something with how cold it was outside. Also, wanted to heat up some take away food and were able to do so at the restaurant. Upon asking for extra plates and silverware, they were dirty and had food on everything. Some of my food was transferred to the hotel’s plate to heat it up. Well, I lost my appetite and just ordered in. It was enough for me not to eat the food from the plates. I’ve stayed at Novotel during my trips to Europe and never had issues. Besides that, no issues with the rooms itself.

I really enjoyed my stay with Novotel. I was able to check-in easily - the workers at the desk were friendly and warm. My room was great - clean with good amenities. The price was great for downtown location. Thanks

Our stay was very good including the recovery from the sink issue upon checking into the room. While the fitness centre was ok with sparse free weights, it was missing a weight bench. Squeezing in a weight bench or two would have been ideal.

I found the property to be excellent especially considering the value of money I was able to pay for it in the area. My employer provided status was also amazing and they really do offer the extra touch. The gym and welcome drink options had a solid selection. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

My go-to hotel when I'm in town for a Habs game since it's right next to the Bell Center. Reasonable price, comfortable bed and overall clean room. Don't expect a great view of the city or anything like that. Great if you're in town for a couple nights.

This hotel is weird. The lobby is filthy. The room is ok but the bathroom is a fishbowl (literally glass) you cannot turn on the bathroom(toilet might) without lighting up the suite. The buffet is vile. We walked in, were seated thinking we’d grab a nice breakfast… I was reviewing the menu and they told me to go to the buffet. No prices given. Buffet food was low quality bacon and wet and weird scrambled eggs. I had to chance someone down to get a coffee and the water and juice was empty. The pastries were good but not worth $30/person. Walk down the road and get a full service breakfast/brunch for the same price or just go to a cafe for a fraction of the cost. The one plus side of this hotel is the location. But the hotel next door is a similar price and looks to be better.
