Construction everywhere, sadly for a beautiful city a little disappointing. From last 2 years, I was told there is 🚧 👷‍♂️ by the locals. Came here after 18 years hoping to enjoy staying in the heart of Montreal.

Over the past 15 plus years of regular trips to Montréal this is my go to hotel. It's location is situated close to the Bell Center, shopping and some great pubs and restaurants. A good restaurant is also located on the ground floor. Check out Ye Old Orchard across the street for a pint or two. The staff at Novotel are friendly and the rooms are always clean.

For the price go elsewhere! Service was friendly and location was good but the rooms are awful. Worn down mattresses, small cheap pillows and towels torn and rough.

🛏️ Rooms were great for two, but when you make a reservation for four instead of two beds they put a sofa bed that was quite uncomfortable. 🏨The instalations were great! Very modern. 🍴 The breakfast buffet was good but they didn’t have many options for the price it was. 💪🏻As for the gym, they had a good selection of equipment, you can do a great push pull legs!

What an Absolute HABTASTIC time staying at this hotel! It was a perfect spot close the Bell Centre as well a beautiful restaurant across from the hotel! I'll be back soon.

Excellent location. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were super friendly. Great value especially when you consider the location/quality as compared to other major metropolitan cities. A hotel such as this, in a similar location in Toronto, would be $500/night. Centre Bell is two blocks. For a concert or hockey games, this is prime location. We definitely will stay here again.

Excellent location for shopping and downtown attractions. It is a well kept, clean hotel with very comfortable beds, helpful staff, and good onsite dining. Would recommend for short stays.

This is our 2nd stay and we have a 3rd planned. The hotel is centrally located near entertainment, shops, dining and transportation. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and well outfitted. Dining and room service were very good. We liked the safety of needing our key to enter the elevators and the brightness and visibility of the lobby to the road.

We had a pleasure staying at Novotel. We stayed in February, the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The helped us quickly with some documents that had to be printed. I would recommend!!

Fantastic location, you can do local sightseeing on foot if weather permits. Plenty of options for food nearby. I had to attend interview at consulate, and it took just 5 mins to reach there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. Room and bathroom were clean. Cons - No complimentary water bottles were provided at check-in, better to carry your own. It wasn't a deal breaker for us.

We stayed here as it’s in a great location for Centre Bell, and were very happy we did. Finding and parking here was a breeze, and check in was quick and easy. The room was exactly as I’d expected. Definitely a place I’d stay at again when in town.

We were in town for a show at the Bell center, perfectly located staff was amazing with all our questions, breakfast buffet had a great selection , the restaurant staff was attentive. The room was clean and so comfortable. We loved being able to cast to it so it felt just like home. The products in the hotel were top notch, if I weren't flying with just a carry on I would have bought the hand soap, it was lovely. Only downside was no vending on site, we arrived late due to delays and ended up spending a lot for a kit kat bar. Thank you so much Novotel we will be back for sure.

The staff helped us with both an early check in and late check out which was incredible helpful due to our planes arrival and departure times. The location was right next to the Bell Centre which was awesome for going to the Habs game! Clean and comfortable stay, thank you!
