Honestly this place has just become disappointing, it used to be a lot better. The food is just okay, used to be better. Patties slide off the bun and the bun soaks up a ton of grease, which makes it hard to eat. The restaurant is very loud, the music makes it difficult to hear. The worst part has definitely become the service, it used to be pretty good but now it's basically non existent. The waitress we had (maybe not all of them) came exclusively to take the order and take the payment. We never saw her otherwise, but you see a ton of busboys walking around, and unfortunately they don't seem to help with anything else. The busboy came to our table to take 2 empty plates and asked if my friend was still eating his food on his plate, he was not finished with his plate but asked if he could have some mayo. The busboy said okay, but we never got the mayo, from him or the waitress. But after my friend finished his plate, she was very quick to arrive to ask if we wanted anything else. I just wanted to pay and leave. I'm sad to leave this review, but I just want the upper management have my constructive criticism. Things can't improve if they don't know there could be improvements.
