Absolutely loved Nikkei! The Peruvian and Japanese fusion is done so well, everything tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality.The cocktail menu is fantastic, with creative and perfectly balanced drinks. Service was amazing, attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.The intimate vibes, beautiful decor, and open kitchen really elevate the atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Great food with a nice and intimate atmosphere. Given the price and the ambience in which the restaurant presents itself in, I expected better service. The staff was friendly but we ordered the tasting menu for 2 and they did not take the time to walk us through the ingredients and the experience.The food was great though, would go back.

Sat by the kitchen bar and got to talk to the owner and chef, Mike, who gave us the best experience and tasted the freshest and most delicious food!Tried the sozai tasting menu and it was the best tasting menu I ever tried and great value too10/10 experience ⭐️ absolute must try in montreal!

We went for dinner at Nikkei even though it wasn’t our first choice. We had to cancel another reservation and ended up going there on a whim. What a wonderful discovery. We chose the chef’s surprise menu and the chef truly impressed us. The flavors built beautifully from start to finish. The scallops in the curry sauce were sublime, this is a must try. The entire staff was attentive and kind. A restaurant you absolutely have to go to!

I highly suggest sitting at the bar with Chami, he was the best and made our experience so much better! The food is excellent, bravo to the cooks (Alejandro & victor), we had an amazing time. Everyone is so nice and the place is amazing! GIVE THEM A RAISE! 🫶🏼

What an experience. Sitting down at Nikkei Montréal and letting Chef Daniel take the lead is truly a journey. The Peruvian–Japanese fusion is executed with so much intention and creativity that you can feel the story behind every dish. This isn’t just a meal, it’s a culinary trip you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite. Absolutely worth the experience.

What a wonderful experience! Super flavorful dishes and incredibly attentive and friendly service! Especially Victor behind the sushi counter, who went above and beyond 🥹✨ I'd highly recommend the maracuya pisco which was super tasty and the cocoviche was unique and fantastic!!
