What an experience. Sitting down at Nikkei Montréal and letting Chef Daniel take the lead is truly a journey. Each bite somehow tops the previous one—layered, unexpected, and full of bold yet balanced flavors. The Peruvian–Japanese fusion is executed with so much intention and creativity that you can feel the story behind every dish. What a wonderful experience! Super flavorful dishes and incredibly attentive and friendly service! Especially Victor behind the sushi counter, who went above and beyond 🥹✨ I'd highly recommend the maracuya pisco which was super tasty and the cocoviche was unique and fantastic!!
