First ever visit in a Nespresso store started very badly but ended in a very good service. When I entered, staff were all gathered together and I had to stare at one of them to get help and repeatedly said Hello to catch his attention. The lady he sent me to was beyond perfect. Took all the time to explain the differences between the pods sizes and also explained me the fonctions of the machine I received. She saved you guys from me returning my machine that i received for Christmas and buy another brand. I guess I won’t be that lucky every-time..

Coffee store without coffee. How do you not have any coffee pods in stock when you are the sole supplier of your coffee machines?

The machines are only working with a required account. Does not work even with the account the first time, you have to wait 24hrs ... I asked an employee to pay with a human cashier but was denied the service. Instead, I was asked to wait for ONE employee, running everywhere around the store, as it seems he was the only one that could override the account restriction on the machines. Never going back, took me more than 10 minutes to buy one box of cups. I will switch to Keurig, which you can buy everywhere without hurdles.

I really appreciate the manager's action when I tried to return my online purchase. Due to the mistake of online transactions the manager nicely explained the differences of online purchase and boutique purchase as well as offering me 5 free sleeves of coffee and let me benefit both online and boutique promotions. This is the best service I have ever received in my life. Best wishes for her and Nespresso.

Just as advertised I guess, rude and unwelcoming. The saleswoman had an attitude and was just arrogant. Will not come back.
