I went here today since it's been a long time since the pretzel with hotdog was available. However, when I bought my things today the service was not in their topnotch. There is already a family in front of me and the employees are just talking to each other not minding the customers. I assume that it's because they are doing something for their work but they don't really tell the customers the reason why they are not yet taking an order, there's no sign that says "we're closed." So the family I mentioned already left because the employees are not taking their order. When it was my turn, I waited until they are finished but when they are doing their task, they keep on looking at me and not even saying anything. After the girl was finished with preparing the pretzels, she just took my order and did not even receive any "thank you." I just hope that next time, even though we notice that they are doing something they should still be courteous to the customers and say that they'll take the order right away after they finish something. :)
