Very disappointed, we came just to stay for 1 hour, the lady seated us at a table just to decide after we settled to move us to another table that was freed after a customer left, then she proceeded to dictate on me how to sit although the table had no leg space and there was enough space for those passing behind/beside us. Very rude and unprofessional for a casual experience. I would have rated 0 if I could.

I had a very disappointing experience at Moonlight Resto Lounge. My wife and I were seated at a table and were simply enjoying our coffee when, just a few minutes later, the waitress asked us to move to a smaller table for two. The way she approached us was not polite at all and showed a clear lack of customer service. What made things worse was how she later spoke to my wife at the new table, telling her to “keep your seat straight” in a rude manner, even though there was plenty of space around. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Staff should know how to speak to customers with respect. I would give 0 stars for customer service. This employee clearly needs proper training on how to deal with guests respectfully

If there is an option to not leave any star it would’ve been more satisfying. First time seeing a place obligate people what to order. We called in to see if they are open to go enjoy and watch the football match and we reserved a table for 15 people. 6 of us ordered a shishas but the owner got angry because not everyone sitting on the table ordered a shisha knowing everyone ordered something to at least satisfy the owner because he asked us politely to get at least something. It’s 10 am and the place doesn’t have a breakfast menu but we managed to get something and we still sat enjoying the win of the match. A day later we went to play cards, the server saw us welcomed us on the table and came 25 minutes later to get our order. We started asking for the cards and got something to drink and the food will be for later, 15 minutes later we stopped another server to ask for the cards and we got them in a second. Two minutes later the owner came yelling in the middle of the restaurant saying its you again coming here and not ordering anything and keeping a table from customers like we were children and he’s the director knowing the place was empty but thats not our problem. Not even a bit of respect or any customer service knowledge. From weekly customers to never stepping a foot in the place over a shisha and a drink:)
