Very slow service.If there is any competition in the world then this one will get a 1st rank. What a waste of time just for poutine.They took 1 hr to prepare 1 poutine. Avoid this one if you value your time. If you order drink then they will serve you fast otherwise no.

The one star is only because I can’t give less than one. From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. We were a group of 9, and we were told they could not accommodate us at one table, even though there was clearly another group of 9 seated together inside the restaurant. After we placed our orders, the food arrived very late, and some dishes were missing altogether. I ordered a green salad with grilled chicken, but the salad was completely drenched in oil. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the only response I received was a simple apology, with no attempt to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they automatically added a mandatory tip, claiming it was their policy for groups larger than 8 people, even though we were seated at two separate tables. As we were leaving, we noticed that they had rearranged tables to accommodate another group of 8 people. When I asked why they could do it for them but not for us, they said they were “not allowed” to move the tables and then closed the door in my face.

Locared on the second floor of a historic building , with a great view of the street. Ordered the poutine w smoked meat. Absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, served in a lasagna style bowl and piled high! The beer selection was good and the draught was cold. Service was warm and welcoming from start to finish.

Travelled to Montreal from Ontario for a work convention. Arrived with a large group and they did an amazing job accommodating us. They sat us in a private room, were so friendly and quick to serve such a large group. The food was incredible, thank you Jenna and staff!!!

When here mid day on a Thursday. Solo dining. Was sat down quickly, I made my decision about what I wanted to eat quickly. Made eye contact with the server she acknowledged me. Waited another twenty minutes and noticed she was taking the order of a couple that was sat down after me. Made I contact with the hostess with a look of confusion. She shrugged. I unfortunately can’t review the food as I got up to leave.

Had lunch here today with a group of 20 people and they were able to accommodate us even though it was last minute. The service was excellent and Jenna was very friendly. The food was great they had really generous portions. Would definitely recommend!

Would give 10 stars if possible. A mix-up led to a last-minute need to accommodate our group of 21 people for a company lunch. Jenna accommodated us immediately, remembered every single order without writing it down, and the food was spectacular and portions generous. Indoor and outdoor (sidewalk in front plus more intimate courtyard) seating only adds to the experience. Highly recommend!
