There's almost no information online about the breakfast buffet, so I thought I'd try it out after staying the night at another, nearby hotel. It is not limited to guests of the Monville: you just pay $38 ($29 + tax and service charge) on arrival. (Note that while the service charge is mandatory, the machine will still prompt you to enter a tip). I had no problem being seated immediately although I was about 10 minutes early for my reservation. The selection easily holds its own against the buffet at the Westin nearby, which is about $10 more. The scrambled eggs had large and soft, but not wet, curds - a good middle-of-the-road option for a wide audience. The potatoes are real roasted potatoes, no frozen hashbrowns here (not that I'm above that!). The bacon was unusually well-rendered and satisfyingly chewy. Orange, apple, and grapefruit juices were included. If you're dining solo like I was, there's an extensive library of National Geographic back-issues to peruse while you eat. I will most definitely be back.
