I had two experiences here. One was great, and the second time we ordered spicy chicken, but the spice was way too hot and almost inedible :) Overall, I still like the food and everything here. The photo here from our first time and it was perfect

Food was alright. Bit pricey for what we got. 60 dollars for a small platter. We order the mirage mix grill. Was pretty simple tasty dish. Meat was not dry which was a place. Took sometime to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Went on a weekday.

We went there last night and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We were served by a girl who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her customer service was honestly 100%. We really appreciated her positive attitude and hospitality. Highly recommended resto!

One of the best Arabic restaurants I’ve tried in Montreal. The food was fresh, flavorful, authentic, and fully halal. The mixed grill and appetizers were amazing, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The service was super welcoming and professional, and everything came quickly. Definitely a place I’d come back to with family and friends

Added to the ‘never again’ list. Don’t waste your money , very overrated and not worth it at all. You can find much better Middle Eastern food for a better price

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mirage with their catering services for our WEDDING. I cannot say enough good things about their business, their professionalism and their care. They really took care of our guests, our families. They went above and beyond. And this isn’t even related to the food yet. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They give you confidence for your event, and they DELIVER with exceeding colours. Seriously, if you have any type of doubt, just pass by their restaurant, the food will speak for itself but the service and the staff will remove any type of doubt or worry that you could have. The day of the event, they went seriously above all expectations, they presented the food with such style as well. The set up was ART within itself. The food was absolutely delicious. The quantities were generous. We have thanked you already, but we wanted to thank you again. The business you have built is a fantastic representation of who you are as a person. Had dinner today the service was very off. The food was also not very warm. Poor service and there was only server attending all the tables. Our drinks reached late when we were done eating.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver. For clarity, upon arrival your group was welcomed and assisted at the entrance. After being seated, water and menus were provided immediately. Our server attended your table right away and remained present while your group took time to review the menu and decide on your order. During this time, there was extended deliberation at the table while the server stood by to assist, going back and forth to ensure your needs were met, while also managing other tables and service operations. This may have impacted the overall pacing of service, including drink timing. All dishes—especially grilled items—are prepared fresh and served as quickly as possible. We also accommodated additional requests during your visit promptly in less than 10 minutes to ensure that you eat on time. We take all feedback seriously. However, we do feel this review does not fully reflect the level of attention and effort provided by our team during your visit. We remain committed to delivering a high-quality and respectful dining experience for all our guests.

The menu price is different than bills price . We ordered lamb chops and it was showing at menu for 40 and than they charged us 60$

The price discrepancy you mentioned was the result of a temporary system update, where our POS reflected new pricing before the physical menus were updated, and unfortunately the iPads had not fully synced. This was an internal oversight. As soon as it was brought to our attention, our team handled it immediately. Our employee refunded you the difference on the spot and took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and transparently. We would also like to highlight that during your visit, you mentioned it was your first time, and our staff made sure to take excellent care of you and your friends. You expressed that everything was great, which we truly appreciated. For that reason, it is disappointing to see a 1-star review posted despite the issue being resolved and despite the positive experience you shared with us in person. We do not believe that an honest, corrected mistake warrants an action that can negatively impact a business that is genuinely working to provide good service and a great experience. Mistakes can happen in any business — what defines us is how they are handled. In this case, it was handled promptly, fairly, and with full transparency.

probably one of the worst lebanese food spots, doesn't even deserve to be called lebanese food, everything is off, cheese rolls are the worst i never had anything like that, hummus and mutabbal have too much tahini and the meat in the hummus with meat is very chewy and has no taste, fattouch has extra ingredients that usually don't go on a fattouch, the vine leaves don't taste like vine leaves. the server was trying his best but there was only one server for the whole restaurant so we had to wait a lot every time we needed anything.

While we understand that tastes and preferences can vary, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our dishes, which are appreciated by many of our guests. To clarify a few points, our recipes follow traditional approaches. For example, our hummus has a pronounced tahini profile by design, and the meat served with hummus is a fresh-cut style (ras el asfour), which has a different texture than ground meat. Our cheese rolls are also made with a higher proportion of feta, which gives them a stronger flavor. These are intentional choices rooted in our cuisine. Regarding the fattoush, we would genuinely be interested to understand what felt off to you, as we follow traditional ingredients and preparation. As for the vine leaves (yalanji), they are served cold as part of a classic vegetarian mezze selection. We do, however, take your comments regarding the service seriously. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing this internally with our team. We would appreciate the opportunity to understand your experience further.
