Had dinner today the service was very off. The food was also not very warm. Poor service and there was only server attending all the tables. Our drinks reached late when we were done eating.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver. For clarity, upon arrival your group was welcomed and assisted at the entrance. After being seated, water and menus were provided immediately. Our server attended your table right away and remained present while your group took time to review the menu and decide on your order. During this time, there was extended deliberation at the table while the server stood by to assist, going back and forth to ensure your needs were met, while also managing other tables and service operations. This may have impacted the overall pacing of service, including drink timing. All dishes—especially grilled items—are prepared fresh and served as quickly as possible. We also accommodated additional requests during your visit promptly in less than 10 minutes to ensure that you eat on time. We take all feedback seriously. However, we do feel this review does not fully reflect the level of attention and effort provided by our team during your visit. We remain committed to delivering a high-quality and respectful dining experience for all our guests.

The menu price is different than bills price . We ordered lamb chops and it was showing at menu for 40 and than they charged us 60$

The price discrepancy you mentioned was the result of a temporary system update, where our POS reflected new pricing before the physical menus were updated, and unfortunately the iPads had not fully synced. This was an internal oversight. As soon as it was brought to our attention, our team handled it immediately. Our employee refunded you the difference on the spot and took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and transparently. We would also like to highlight that during your visit, you mentioned it was your first time, and our staff made sure to take excellent care of you and your friends. You expressed that everything was great, which we truly appreciated. For that reason, it is disappointing to see a 1-star review posted despite the issue being resolved and despite the positive experience you shared with us in person. We do not believe that an honest, corrected mistake warrants an action that can negatively impact a business that is genuinely working to provide good service and a great experience. Mistakes can happen in any business — what defines us is how they are handled. In this case, it was handled promptly, fairly, and with full transparency.

probably one of the worst lebanese food spots, doesn't even deserve to be called lebanese food, everything is off, cheese rolls are the worst i never had anything like that, hummus and mutabbal have too much tahini and the meat in the hummus with meat is very chewy and has no taste, fattouch has extra ingredients that usually don't go on a fattouch, the vine leaves don't taste like vine leaves. the server was trying his best but there was only one server for the whole restaurant so we had to wait a lot every time we needed anything.

To clarify a few points, our recipes follow traditional approaches. For example, our hummus has a pronounced tahini profile by design, and the meat served with hummus is a fresh-cut style (ras el asfour), which has a different texture than ground meat. Our cheese rolls are also made with a higher proportion of feta, which gives them a stronger flavor. These are intentional choices rooted in our cuisine. Regarding the fattoush, we would genuinely be interested to understand what felt off to you, as we follow traditional ingredients and preparation. As for the vine leaves (yalanji), they are served cold as part of a classic vegetarian mezze selection. We do, however, take your comments regarding the service seriously. I really enjoyed this restaurant. I came from Toronto with my husband for a trip, and found this restaurant through TikTok. We love the setup of the store, the service was great, and we really enjoyed the food. will come back next time with my family.

We have been to Mirage almost every night during our visit to Montreal! The food, the ambience, and the service are just the best! We have tried different foods and everything is delicious. Even though it’s hard to pick one, our absolute favorite is the grilled whole chicken. It’s so flavorful! Everyone at mirage is so lovely, their care for their customers is amazing. If I could take Mirage Restaurant home with me, I would! If you’re in Montreal don’t miss out on dropping by Mirage and treating your taste buds.

We were a group of 19 people for Iftar dinner. Very good food and service. Miriam was very accommodating. Food was excellent- dates, soup, fattoush salad, rice, shawarma, arrayes kefta, a date drink, dessert. Very nice experience in a beautiful restaurant.

Bad service par telephone i wanted to reserve a table he asked me to call tomorrow instead I said why tomorrow! I told him I want table for two for next weekend he said no only group table , du n importe quoi et j ai appeler une semaine d avance

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this. When you called, the restaurant was already fully booked for that time. The only tables remaining were larger tables for groups of 6 and 8 people, which unfortunately cannot be assigned to a reservation for two guests during busy service periods, especially during Ramadan iftar when demand is extremely high. You mentioned that calling one week in advance should have secured a table. We completely understand that expectation. However, many guests did exactly the same and some reserved even earlier, which is why the remaining availability was limited to larger group tables. Despite the restaurant being in the middle of a very busy iftar service, our team still took the call and did their best to explain the situation and suggested trying again during the week in case of cancellations. We always do our best to accommodate everyone, but when the restaurant is fully booked, availability is unfortunately limited.

We went as a group to their iftar buffet on Saturday. The food and deserts were great! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. I definitely recommend Mirage to anyone who has the chance to visit them. Thanks for the great iftar Mirage!!

We served over 70 guests that night, many of whom expressed positive comments regarding the freshness, variety, and overall organization of the Iftar. Our Ramadan buffet is prepared fresh the same day and includes a wide selection of salads, hot appetizers, main dishes, grills, desserts, and beverages. At $65, our pricing has remained consistent with last year and falls within the general range of Iftar buffets across Montreal, which typically range between $55 and $70. We take our reputation seriously and are committed to delivering a quality experience to our guests. While we always welcome constructive criticism, we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the experience provided. We went for iftar on Saturday and it was the worst iftar experience we’ve ever had. The food was cold and the service was very poor. We had to wait about 15 minutes after adan for the buffet to start. The quality of the food was unacceptable for the price. I do not recommend this place at all. If possible, I would give it less than one star.

We visited this spot on valentines and while it was super cute, we thought it was a little bit overpriced. We tried to get the staff's attention to pay the bill, but felt like they were too busy talking to each other to notice. It's definitely worth trying, but with the caveat that it might just be mid.

Food was good and the Moroccan tea hit the spot. The rice pudding was a pleasant surprise! It just looked like tapioca covered with coconut but I can't explain the texture or flavors. It's a sweet, creamy aldente rice pudding covered in cotton candy. It was delightful.
