We tried minni for the first time and the carbonara pizzette which has a cured egg , it was 10/10 DELICIOUS! The staff are super friendly and the vibes are immaculate! Must visit if you’re nearby , they will also have FIFA match nights soon for the world-cup and we’ll definitely be back ✨🙂‍↔️

An absolute gem with a trendy, energetic atmosphere and a cool, modern vibe. The space is beautifully designed, creating the perfect setting for a night out with friends or a date night. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with incredible flavor. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail were evident in every bite. Combined with attentive service and a welcoming ambiance, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Delicious and thoughtful menu, crafted with carefully selected and fresh ingredients. The restaurant has a modern vibe, with an open style kitchen and seating where you can watch everything. Highly recommend the beef tartare, the caesar salad, the bread and butter selection, the burger, the crudo, and the pizzas.

Amazing new place downtown. Fabulous food and service. The carbonara pizzette was so tasty and moist. Homemade dough is super. Tenderloin,probably the best I’ve eaten in years, with broccolini and a lobster pappardelle as a side was fire. Thanks to everyone who took care of us, especially Steve. Definitely going back!!

Small portions for the price. A $24 “starter” pizza and $14 for literally four French fries. We also found a hair in our lobster pasta. When we flagged it, the staff didn't refund the pasta because we’d already finished the lobster, and instead comped a $14 salad. A hair in the food is a hygiene issue regardless of how much was eaten. Service was average throughout, with no real effort to make it right. Not worth the price.

Minnibar Review – A Fresh Gem Steps from the Bell Centre Minnibar is the new restaurant that just opened in the Finale Condominium building, literally steps away from the Bell Centre. I’ve already visited twice in the last couple of weeks and can confidently say it’s a welcome addition to the area. Lunch The daytime menu offers a nice variety: sandwiches, pastas, salads, and pizzas. I went with the chicken katsu paired with a Caesar salad and was genuinely impressed. The katsu was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, with a thoughtful twist that makes it stand out. It’s the kind of sandwich you’d expect in a much more established spot — nothing quite like it nearby. Their house coffee blend was another pleasant surprise: rich, smooth, and genuinely excellent. They open at 7am, so this might quickly become my go-to morning coffee stop. Dinner I returned a few days later for the evening menu. The space looks great (modern, comfortable, and well-designed), and they had the Habs game on the big screen, which added to the relaxed vibe. We ordered the chicken tenders, fries, burger, and carbonara pizza. Every single dish was delicious. What really stands out is how they take classic comfort food and give it an upscale, refined touch without losing what makes it craveable. The carbonara pizza in particular was excellent. The service was attentive and genuinely friendly on both visits, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch, morning coffee, a casual night with friends, or a date night, Minnibar feels like it can do it all. Final Verdict: Highly recommended. Great food, solid execution, and a welcoming atmosphere right by the Bell Centre. I’ll definitely be back — probably many times.
