I ordered a McCroustillant Cesar et Bacon…. We waited in line for 20 mins at 10:30pm. I got home, the burger was very dry (no sauce) and there was no bacon. I paid $17 for a dry burger, chicken, lettuce and bread. I’m quite annoyed.

Saddest burger I was ever served in a McDonald. The other burger (chicken) of my order looked as pathetic. I ordered my food as a eat in (for here) and it was delivered as a take out. Ketchup dispenser were empty, staff was obviously overwhelmed and not friendly (survival mode). Bathroom hand dryer is not working. I ordered the same exact meal in another Mcdo a week ago and the burgers didn’t looked smashed, just what you expect from the picture. I get it might be rush hour (Sunday at 9:00 pm..?), but customers deserve a decent looking meal at the price Mcdo is asking for their product nowdays.

This is an ordinary McDonald's. There are no refills for soft drinks, even if you ask at the counter. The price is the same as at McDonald's locations that have self-service machines. Try another one.

I ordered a McVeggie on March 1 around 4:10 PM, but I was given a non-veg item instead. I also had to wait 20–25 minutes, and the staff was slow and not welcoming. This was very disappointing. Please look into this matter.
