24-hour service at night is really bad no joke !! I'm waiting as I write this . each car has to wait 15 minutes till the operator takes your order! It's like it's too much work for them at the same time ...230 am and there's like 3 cars??!! Really slow workers

The staff is pleasant when I go on late evenings,but is it hard to make my sandwich fresh since your wait time is always 10 min ?? Last 2 mc chicken trios I ordered it was clear that chicken patty was so dry n hard and believe it or not it shrunk even smaller than usual small form.you obviously don't want to bring it back cus of the obvious spit in your sandwich thought.so like everyone I know they throw it away n find another resto type cus I ve had it with big franchise

One of my fav mcdonalds in montreal clean good service and very very polite staff. LUCA WORKS HARD always cleaning up other peoples mess and doesnt a pay raise for his excellent work

I cannot believe you hire people who do not say good morning, they don't give you the total after ordering, they do jot look you in the eye or say thank you. They hand you the food and close the window. I pass by every morning to get a coffee and sometimes a muffin. In the las week alone I got stale muffins, and burnt coffee. If she doesn't like her job she needs to leave. THAT IS NOT FUSTOMER SERVICE. COMMON COURTESY IS THE BADIC RULE WHEN WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC !
