The staff is extremely slow, disengaged, and nonchalant. The lineup was endless; I had never seen such inefficient service at a McDonald’s. Customers were waiting with incredible patience while everything moved at an incomprehensibly slow pace. Even basic transactions at the register seemed to be a problem: billing errors, difficulty counting money, and an obvious lack of organization. The entire staff gave the impression of being completely disengaged and indifferent to how long customers were being kept waiting. A service this dysfunctional seriously needs to be restructured, especially at a fast-food restaurant where efficiency should be a priority. A genuinely frustrating experience. A place to avoid.
Simple order cone ice-cream, ice-cream Sunday and apple pie took lot of time. No one is calling me. When i asked myself, they said apple pie over but they put apple pies in my next order. Manager's communication skills is bad . Stuffs looks don't care type.
I ordered a Big Mac and it had no chicken patties in any!!! TERRIBLE BEHAVIOUR!!
This Mcdonald’s was one of the worst of them all. Not only was the place DIRTY, the service was TERRIBLE. The only one really working was the cashier. The tables were FILLED with trash, like literally. NO ONE bothered to even clean up the trash it was forming a PILE like the Mont Everest. Somebody’s family left their tray with their trash on the table and even THAT wasn’t cleaned. When I got up to get my drink from the soda fountain, there LITERALLY no lid for my medium cup. There were only the small and big ones. I had to search where the kids weren’t even suppose to be at. The employees working at that time were gossiping while my friend was waiting for about 30 minutes! I had time to finish my meal before she even got hers and we ordered at the SAME TIME. She waited all of that time just to get a BURNED McMuffin. Also, there was NO table for us to sit at and eat. We had to call a lift to bring us home because the place was too disgusting to eat. I’m sorry but this is the WORST Mcdonald’s.
The service was really bad, the janitors don't even seem to be working. The place was really dirty and the customers leftovers weren't even cleaned. Plus the workers we're spending more time talking then working. I had to wait a long time to finally get my order. Also, I don't know if the manager was here but he or she did some bad work to get the workers to hurry so the other people could get their orders. To finish, the food that was served was not well organized. I ordered a burger and all the salad that was supposed to be in the burger was falling on the side. Anyways the service IS TERRIBLE, send someone who is a food critict there.
One of my worst experience at a Mcdonalds. The wait time there is horrible, I had to wait more than 25 minutes for a medium sized order. The food was mid, I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and the sides were burned. They also forgot my fork. There was practically no customer service, the workers there talk more than they work. The restaurant was also very dirty, there were piles of trash on some of the tables, the others were stained with various sauces. The outside tables were not better. I suggest to not go to this Mcdonalds location.
All McDonald's should close. It is absolutely terrible. Food is terrible, and they never get the order right. Service... What service... They are all understaffed which means long long wait times. It's no longer fast food. And usually it's always dirty because they are so short staffed. Meanwhile CEO 'S are making big bucks.
They charged 5 dollars for "large" fríes only to get them half full!!! What a scam

Please do society a favor, the women of color who work here are TERRIBLE!!!! Horrid attitudes and on top of that, they DISCRIMINATE, and they pretend not to hear you when you place an order at the drive-thru. One even dared to treat us badly, insult us, and mock us, just because she thought we didn't say the number two correctly with our fingers. Yes, you read that right, they go to those extremes. PLEASE CHANGE THE STAFF. You pay for a service, you don't expect anything for free. You're tired from work, and you don't want to have to deal with these awful people.

I ordered 2 iced coffee with one with a vanilla and the other one was caramel. They did not add any syrup and the customer service was terrible. Never coming again.
Do yourself a favor don’t go there. This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations in Montréal. They regularly mess up orders, and when you point it out, they act like you’re the problem.
