Employees too lazy to complete a carafe order just now saying they don’t do these. Just too lazy to make it likely as usual. Now I can’t cancel the order or I pay fees and they obviously won’t cancel because they don’t want to pay the fees

I don't have McDonald's often, because it's frustrating that they get my order wrong about 50% of the time, but my last visit there was... well, probably my LAST visit. It wasn't very busy and I didn't order anything unusual, but I waited quite a while. I had time to watch the guys preparing the food and watched one of them scratching his scalp, looking under his nails, then preparing the food without washing. I was in a hurry, so I didn't ask for a replacement. I just ended up throwing it in the garbage. I'm not going to eat his dandruff flakes.
