Ordered take-out thru the app. Fast and easy given that it was McHappy Day and the restaurant was crowded. Ordered using the app, went inside and my order was ready approx. 15 minutes after, much quicker than people at drive-thru or in restaurant.

This McDonald’s is trash - and I should know, I come here all the time since I’m too lazy to go to a slightly further location. These incompetent people consistently get your order wrong or give it to you with missing items. It’d actually be impressive if it weren’t so irritating. Do not come here.

All in all a good mcdonalds. Completely unrelated childhood trauma aside (I once went there 20 years ago for dinner and when I came back my lizard was dead but at least I remember fondly my dad lore dumping about the type of stone used for the tables), this was a nice snack stop for fries and drinks. Less than 4$ for a coffee, fries and a small iced coffee. Thanks mcd app! I will forever cherish the fact Mcdonalds is always there for me whether things are good or bad in life.

Employees too lazy to complete a carafe order just now saying they don’t do these. Just too lazy to make it likely as usual. Now I can’t cancel the order or I pay fees and they obviously won’t cancel because they don’t want to pay the fees

I don't have McDonald's often, because it's frustrating that they get my order wrong about 50% of the time, but my last visit there was... well, probably my LAST visit. It wasn't very busy and I didn't order anything unusual, but I waited quite a while. I had time to watch the guys preparing the food and watched one of them scratching his scalp, looking under his nails, then preparing the food without washing. I was in a hurry, so I didn't ask for a replacement. I just ended up throwing it in the garbage. I'm not going to eat his dandruff flakes.
