Absolutely awful customer service. The only time a visit goes well is when there are supervisors present. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Months later, gave another chance...worse than last time...not returning.

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience on Saturday night with my pickup order. I placed my order by phone at 1:58 AM and arrived shortly after for pickup. I was left waiting for around 30 minutes at the ordering machine with absolutely no communication or assistance from staff. No one acknowledged the situation or attempted to help. When I went to the window, the employee was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She was difficult to understand and made no real effort to communicate clearly. Instead of resolving the issue, she kept sending me back and forth between windows, which caused further delays and confusion. By the time I finally received my order (around 3:00 AM), I had already been waiting over an hour. To make things worse, the food quality was unacceptable—my fries were cold. When I politely asked for fresh fries, the response was again rude and unprofessional, with no consideration for customer service at all. The entire experience was disorganized, poorly managed, and showed a complete lack of respect toward customers. This level of service is not acceptable and needs serious improvement.

Honestly it's pretty nice and quick. I ordered the new menu drink and some combo whit bigmac and fries. It taste nice and refreshing though my cola had a weird taste of vanilla.I must admit It looked like the employés were pressed today for some reason they still acted nice. Thanks to the white shirt gentlemen who smiled and kindly handed me my order 🙏

I was there yesterday evening, May 17th, 2026 around 20:00 and there was a guy running around in the kitchen with a full, long beard with NO net. I found out he was a supervisor/manager. That's really disgusting, lazy and menace to public health. I will be making an official complaint to MAPAQ.

Possibly the worst mcdonalds i’ve been to. Staff is incompetent. Waited 15 minutes at the drive-through window. Food is often cold. Avoid at all costs. Go to buger king instead.

Everything was spot on only one thing, a specialist that was working with the employees in the back had her hair all over the place without out a benny or something to cover it so it won't fall on the food. When handed me the food i asked in a very nice way " i dont mean to be rude or anything, but aren't supposed to have something covering your hair" she said: no because I'm a specialist...... I meannnn your hair doesn't fall if you're a specialist???. (PROOF: I HAVE A PHOTO, took it for my own safety) The whole time i was making sure i didn't have hair in my food. Other than that everything was nice and tasty

Really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. This McDonald’s clearly doesn’t care about delivery orders. Fries were underfilled, the burger was poorly assembled, and even the drink was only half filled. Completely unacceptable! This is basic stuff, do better!!

Service terribly slow. They let orders pile in while they just chat. They erase multiple orders at once that aren't served yet in order to hide their horribly slow speed on the stats reports from management. Self serve/order machine hides first digit of the order number at printout time on the screen under the image of a printer when order number is long. And as we know, there is almost a certainty that the printer will be defective, thus leaving you with no proof of purchase and full order number you don't know!

Again today March 31 like most other days, service is not great. Very slow, employees have a hard time getting the order right. There’s always something missing in my coffee, sometimes I get it black when it should be sugar and cream, sometimes not even stirred. 🤦🏻‍♂️👎
