This is one of the world McDonald's I ever entered and I travel to some of the toughest cities in USA. This is like homeless shelter . Locked bathrooms with no toilet papers . It's giving creepy desert town . This is Downtown Montréal ! This is not a McDonald , it's like Acceuil Bonneau with no toilet paper !🧻 And I don't even think they let the homeless use the bathroom and they have some rules they can throw people out after 30 minutes . So it's full of homeless people but not even homeless friendly !

Terrible service waited atleast 40 minutes for food and waited atleast 30 minutes to get the refund. No response when asked for refund every single time for 30 minutes. I literally had to ask 15 times just to get my money back.

This is the getto mcdo for me 😂😂, no parking and just a drive through which connects 2 streets. Wild! The food was good tho and quick.

They make their Uber Eats drivers stand outside in the cold. Then ignore them when they ring. My order was ready, I could see if. I had to wait 8 mins in the cold for anyone to acknowledge me. This the trashiest McDonald’s in Montreal.

Trying to reach the drive through is like trying to pull teeth from someone who doesn’t have any…it’s not possible. Slow staff, I went inside and most of them are just talking about their lives, no sense of urgency, no care in the world. This is supposed to be fast food not 30 minute wait for a coffee. The bathroom is frequently dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. The bathroom is always locked, and I have had to ask multiple staff members to open .

I’ve never waited this long at a McDonald’s in my life. At this point, it seriously makes you question the whole concept of fast food. What’s the point of coming here for something quick when you’re standing around forever for a basic order? No rush, no efficiency, no explanation just endless waiting. If I wanted a slow, disorganized experience, I would’ve gone literally anywhere else. Very disappointing and honestly frustrating.
