Trying to reach the drive through is like trying to pull teeth from someone who doesn’t have any…it’s not possible. Slow staff, I went inside and most of them are just talking about their lives, no sense of urgency, no care in the world. This is supposed to be fast food not 30 minute wait for a coffee. Whoever is the manger here clearly isn’t doing their job, these workers are not properly trained. If I could give negative stars I would

The bathroom is frequently dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. The bathroom is always locked, and I have had to ask multiple staff members to open .

I’ve never waited this long at a McDonald’s in my life. At this point, it seriously makes you question the whole concept of fast food. What’s the point of coming here for something quick when you’re standing around forever for a basic order? No rush, no efficiency, no explanation just endless waiting. If I wanted a slow, disorganized experience, I would’ve gone literally anywhere else. Very disappointing and honestly frustrating.
