The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely taken care of. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The sushi is fresh, the portions are generous, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. My experience at this restaurant was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with arrogance and clear disrespect by a waitress who introduced herself as Churchil and claimed to be the manager. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet she insisted on seating us at a table at the very back, directly beside the washroom, while numerous better tables were available. There was absolutely no justification for this decision, and the tone used when addressing us was dismissive and rude. Her behavior throughout the service was careless, cold, and frankly unprofessional. She appeared irritated by simple requests and made no effort to provide even basic courtesy. The second waitress was equally unpleasant and unwelcoming. It is extremely concerning that someone who presents herself as “manager” demonstrates such poor standards of hospitality. Customer service should be the foundation of any restaurant, and in this case, it was entirely absent. This was not simply mediocre service — it was openly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment based on the way customers are treated.

I had an amazing experience at this sushi buffet! The friendly staff made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was good, but this is not the place to go if you are looking to have a peaceful meal. It’s crowded and you’re sitting only a few inches away from the next table. You can hear their entire conversation, and if they’re talking loudly… yeah, you get the picture. Service is ok, but you can tell that they need more staff, because orders slow down when they get busy. The strangers 6 inches away from me at the next table kept getting food they hadn’t ordered.

I’ve been here several times, and the quality is very good for an all you can eat sushi place. The sashimi is usually fresh, and they offer a wide variety of sushi flavors. They also have a great selection of meats and skewers, so you’ll definitely leave feeling full. Occasionally there can be slight delays with orders, but they’re not like some all you can eat places that forget your items.

Really good all you can eat sushi restaurant, so much variety to choose from compared to most places. The wait time can sometimes be long to get in without reservations but its well worth the wait! They even have foie gras!

Manga Bistro is a hidden gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a menu that balances creativity and comfort perfectly. Lots of choices, food quality is amongst the best in Montreal, and service is very quick. Even when in a rush I never felt like I had to wait for an order to come through
