This is by far one of the most disgusting and unhygienic establishments I’ve ever seen. A hair came out of the food I was served, and on top of that, I witnessed employees working without hairnets, with their hair down, and with long, unkempt nails while handling food. This is nothing less than total disrespect for customer health. On top of the hygiene issues, the service was just as bad. The woman at the entrance told me to “wait 5 minutes” and then stood there playing on her phone while making me wait for no reason. When she finally took my order, she acted as if she was being forced to work, visibly irritated and unprofessional. It’s unbelievable that a place with such poor hygiene and terrible customer service is still operating. I’m not leaving this just as a review — I am officially filing complaints with MAPAQ (Québec Food Safety Inspection) and the Office de la protection du consommateur. I will follow up until a proper inspection is carried out. Eating here isn’t just unpleasant — it’s a health hazard. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone who cares about their well-being.

Ordered a 20 PCS Filets Feast Combo. Says on the site it comes with buns and coleslaw. It did not. When I called they were unable to help me or correct the order. Careful what you order!!

First Time going and so happy i Found this place.. the young Man Who served me was si polite and well spoken... Chicken is crispy not as Much spice but atleast you get that crunch..cant complain... Plus we get 6 sauces with 20 chicken tendres .
