Tried the machiya signature ramen. It had seafood and the broth was very flavorful and spicy. The noodles were chewy and quite nice. The portion is pretty small and I was still a bit hungry after.

I ordered the lunch special with chicken wings. The chicken wing was cold/frozen on the inside. It ruined my appetite for the whole meal; the ramen was mid. I felt bad for the male waiter because he was taking orders and cooking, so I ended up waiting additional time for service.

Got Uber Eats pick up, went there got my order, didn't feel very well at that moment, then I asked the staff if I could sit there to eat, she said yes. Suddenly there was a woman came out and yelled said no, you can't eat here. There was nobody in the restaurant at that time. She kicked me out. I just wanted to sit and eat little bit till my stomach getting better then leave. That woman was so rude. Won't go back there again, not recommend!

We’re truly sorry that you left feeling upset. That was never our intention. To clarify the situation, this order was placed through the Uber Eats platform under a Buy-One-Get-One promotion, which is specifically offered for takeout only. When the order was picked up, there was no mention of feeling unwell. Instead, we were asked to allow dine-in after receiving the takeout order. We politely explained that, in fairness to our dine-in guests, orders placed through third-party delivery promotions cannot be converted to dine-in. Our pricing and promotions are structured differently for dine-in and delivery platforms, and we do our best to treat all guests consistently and fairly. After we explained our policy, the interaction unfortunately became tense. However, we would like to clarify that if a guest had informed us that they were feeling unwell and simply needed a moment to sit and rest, we absolutely would have allowed them to sit and recover. That said, the food itself would still need to remain as takeout. We always aim to treat every customer with respect and kindness, and we regret that this experience did not feel that way to you. Bad service. Lady never came to us. We always had to try to get to her Food is ok. It's not better than Kinton which is a basic chain . At this point I still give a 4* But when I see the forced 18% tip ( you see 15% click but then see it says 15 after TX . You gotta go out of your way to go to 15%. ) I'm out Edit: They replied. Saying it's not 18%. I have the bill. I chose the cheapest tip and it did come out as 18 before tx. I'm not sure they understand what I'm saying. Or most probably Typical fake damage control reply

Tipping is entirely optional, and our payment terminal shows 13%, 15%, 18%, as well as a “Skip” option. We appreciate all guests equally, whether a tip is left or not. I had lunch today and the Tonkotsu Black Ramen was one of the best that I’ve ever eaten! Also the fried chicken gyoza is delicious! I will certainly be back!

Cozy family owned place. Great ramen, I had the miso, it was very good! Dumplings were also good, very tasty. Service was fast, nice and the atmosphere is great! I’ll be back for sure.
