First time back to QC, and we tried this place based on strong google reviews. We were not disappointed. It was a high end experience in a place you would not expect just driving by. As we made a reservation last minute, the only available seats were bar seats, but that gave us a bird’s eye view of how attentive the staff was to their patrons including us. We particularly appreciate their accommodation of our lack of passable French, and they made us feel special. My wife did the tasting menu without the wine pairing, and I chose the deer. Both were excellent. Cocktails were superior as was the wine recommendation. Would definitely go back next time we are in QC.

We were visiting Canada and Quebec City. The city that we love the most. We found this restaurant on Google and decided to check out the prix fix menu. We were not aware that there was no vegetarian option. But server graciously offered to ask chef if they can make complete vegetarian option. Chef agreed and made perhaps the most incredible food I have ever tasted. Even after 3 years after several fine done restaurant visit this is still the best experience I have had. I am eternally grateful for their hospitality. We live in US and we still crave it. Keep on experimenting and servicing.
