We were visiting Canada and Quebec City. The city that we love the most. We found this restaurant on Google and decided to check out the prix fix menu. We were not aware that there was no vegetarian option. But server graciously offered to ask chef if they can make complete vegetarian option. Chef agreed and made perhaps the most incredible food I have ever tasted. Even after 3 years after several fine done restaurant visit this is still the best experience I have had. I am eternally grateful for their hospitality. We live in US and we still crave it. Keep on experimenting and servicing.
