This was a very unique gastronomical experience. Each dish is prepared and presented to all guests at the same time allowing them to enjoy each dish together. The food was great and the progression made sense. Each ingredient on the dish had some form of preparation to create a well balanced plate. There were some misses, but overall the meal was very enjoyable. Service was fantastic and every member of the staff made you feel welcome. Unfortunately, we do not speak French, so when each dish was explained, we didn’t understand which took away from the experience a bit. Even though they came to our table to explain in English, not being able to engage with the diners together was a bit disappointing. With that being said, this is a great spot to visit if you’re in MTL. The lobster & taco course (and the miso caramel madeleine) still live with me to this day.
