Small location so make sure to book ahead of time if possible. Food was delicious, atmosphere was very cozy. Location is great, bottom of break neck steps. Lots of shops nearby. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Rabbit Confit and it was amazing. My wife ordered the avocado toast with smoke salmon and it was delicious as well. Would highly recommend this location and plan on returning the next time we visit Quebec City.

Excellent spot. A very cozy place with great service and incredible food. The pork leg was a delightful surprise—flavorful and perfectly balanced. One of my favorite places in Le Petit Champlain.

Very cosy with a great atmosphere. Staff are very pleasant and helpful with great service. The food was excellent, would highly recommend and would have gone back if we had more time.

It’s a small restaurant with no more than 15 tables, and given how popular it is, you’d better make a reservation in advance if you plan to eat there. We tried the onion soup, poutine, rabbit pie, and cassoulet, accompanied by hot cider—everything was succulent and super yummy! I really hope I can go there again.

The girl serving was beyond expectations. I went on january 5 at 8:30 pm and had the duck magret and loin of rabbit with honey pie for desert. I loved this place and service. Definetly recommend.

We have been eating here for over 21 years is probably one of the most consistent quality Traditional Quebecois Restaurants in the city. Pascal our waiter was excellent, as always. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Planned in advance this small yet quaint dinning service provided the right Vanadian sampling after a 2 hour outdoor tour. Warm drinks, Rabbit, Duck split between this adventurous couple. Worth the dollar & taste of an culture. Which one ( Canada's or French or Native) I don't know.

We arrived in Quebec city in the snow on Monday, December 29 and walked from the art museum down le lapin. Such A cozy and welcoming dinner we had! Everything was simply delicious – from the mulled wine to the fondue to the poutine to the cassoulet, and don’t forget to try the honey pie!

The dish of honor… Pulled Rabbit Poutine. 10/10 delicious get the devil sauce. The onion soup is also amazing with their bread service.

We stopped by for coffee and dessert, and it was such a lovely experience. The decorations were very different and interesting, giving the place a unique charm. The staff were warm and welcoming. We sat right beside an authentic fireplace—hearing the crackling fire (without any smoke!) made it extra cozy. The desserts were truly a different experience 🤤😋. After walking in freezing weather, enjoying delicious desserts and a great cup of coffee here is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is so cozy, the waitresses are so inviting and polite. I especially enjoyed the warm cider by the fire, follow with a warm rabbit cassoulet and the discovery plate. It's a lovely romantic little spot.

One of coziest restaurants in Le Petit Champlain w very nice ambiance The staff are very attentive and the food is very good. The rabbit leg with mustard sauce , along with lamb as mains were excellent The starter, mixed greens and very fresh. Dessert- we had Crème Brûlée which was very nice way to end off a beautiful meal

Reservation highly recommended! It’s a small, packed and lively space hopping, probably nothing is hopping, but you are aiming for the hoppers right? Hares and ducks are their signature and their lively hospitality is icing on the cake!

A highlight of our trip to Quebec City. We had our Christmas dinner here and enjoyed the atmosphere with caring and delightful staff. I loved the fondue entree.
