Delicious!!! 😍 My husband and I had the weekday Iftar menu. They serve several dishes but in small amounts. Loved the aroma of both the food and the restaurant!

The food was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the hospitality. The chef and her husband are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to make sure every guest feels welcome.
Perfect mood and vibe and the food is so good and tasty

Amazing food and very welcoming place
the best Palestinian cuisine I’ve tried! The portions are very generous and everything is delicious. The service is excellent, friendly and attentive. The ambiance and atmosphere make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
Insanely good! The food is just some of the best food one can have!
amazing! great food and ambiance🥰
*Reviewing the Ramadan iftar service only* TERRIBLE value for the price (49+tx/person) unfortunately. I went by the reviews without second questioning it, but I should have. Almost none of the several meals/appetizers (some of which questionable if not incongruous) served to us was even decent—my colleague agrees. I sure hope the food quality is better outside of these special events. Otherwise this would put it among the top of my list of overrated (and massively overpriced) places in the city to avoid.
I ordered from here on DoorDash the other day and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this restaurant. I got the Chef Platter, which allowed me to choose several items to sample, and every single dish was prepared and packaged with the utmost care, packed with flavour and affordable for the quality of the food. What struck me as I was enjoying my meal was just the extent to which I felt like I was eating something so authentically home cooked in the best possible way, without it feeling like it lacked any of the “refinement” of a formal eatery. Every bite felt like it was made with love and care. Few restaurants are able to pull off this delicate balance, and I’m grateful to have found a place I can return to again and again to experience it. I’ll be back soon to sample more dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone - you will not be disappointed!
Fast, polite and patient servers. Cozy middle eastern atmosphere. Good food for the price. Warm bread and plenty types of hummus, lentils soup had a very strong flavour, nice touch with the tea at the end with the ramadan meal. The only reason for the 4 star is because the potatoes in the meatball stew were undercooked (hard).
Amazing food and owners
Came here for Ramadan (Iftar) and I was amazed with the quality and quantity of food that was served as part of the iftar. The service was phenomenal and staff was super friendly. Great Palestinian cuisine in the heart of Montreal.
I made a reservation for 3 for Ramadan iftar at 5:30 — we ended up being only 2 — and, while I admit I arrived a few minutes late because I was caught up at work, what followed was completely unacceptable for a restaurant that takes reservations. Upon arrival, the waitress asked me 3 times if I really had a reservation — a clear sign something had gone wrong. Instead of being upfront, they attempted to squeeze me in at a table of 12, at the 2 only remaining empty seats at the far end. Unsurprisingly, those clients were confused and uncomfortable, and so was I. They asked me why I was sitting at their table, and I explained that the waitress had seated me here because obviously there was no other seats available. They then told me they were expecting 2 more people, so we couldn't stay there either. When I returned to the waitress, she admitted this time there were no other tables or chairs available. The solution? Have us wait until a table is available — standing — in the middle of the path while waiters were passing by with food. They offered us appetizers as we stood there, but we refused. Standing up to eat iftar, in a corridor, is not the experience anyone expects when they've made a reservation. We waited and eventually left, as all of the clients were still in the middle of their appetizers... This happened last Tuesday. However, I learned today that a colleague of mine had booked a table for 7 on Friday night and experienced the exact same situation — no table available despite a confirmed reservation. It is clear that this restaurant is systematically overbooking, especially during Ramadan, without any consideration for the experience of their clients. Taking reservations you cannot honor, particularly during iftar, is disrespectful to your customers. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and puts proper systems in place because this is not how you treat clients. At this point, I would strongly suggest the restaurant stop accepting reservations and switch to a first-come, first-serve policy — it would save everyone the disappointment.
Very satisfied with the chefs platter, which I got as takeout. Generous portions, and very authentic flavors. Will be returning.
