It’s a hit or miss, the shrimp calzone and the smoked salmon pizza were delicious. The other pizzas were lacking flavour , specially the Italian sausage one. Went after the lunch rush, so enough tables and fast service.

It was a rainy day and so when we saw La Pizzateria was open we went and sat in the covered outdoor section. We both had delicious pizzas. Service was good and we thought it was reasonably priced.

Pizza was okay, nothing special, and definitely overpriced. Waiting almost an hour for just two items was ridiculous. The service was disappointing as well — the waiter seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. What made it worse was the mandatory service fee added despite the poor experience. Also, the receipt clearly states that tips are NOT included (it was even underlined in blue pen). We understand French and noticed it on the bill, but please double-check your receipt before paying so you don’t accidentally pay tips twice for such ridiculous service.

Pizza was ok, nothing special. Too pricey. The wait time of an hour just for three pizzas is ridiculous. The service was disappointing too, the waiter was disinterested in serving. Mandatory service fee was added even with the bad experience.

We were here with group of friends, tried variety of vegeterian pizzas, not worth the hype. Veg lasagna were much better. And beer, really good. All points for service. Pizza crust was rubbery and taste doesn't just justify the prize. Never order bruschetta from here. Overall wouldn't recommend for pizza!

Great food, really enjoyed protected deck, enjoying the sunshine while it was minus 15 outside. Great interesting interior further inside by the bar too. Had an amazing calzone.

We were pleasantly surprised that there was no lineup to get in and our group of 6 was seated almost immediately. Everyone had a pizza, a salad to share and drinks! - Try the Boreal Blonde Beer - fantastic! Service was quick and efficient - one of our favorites!

Exceptionally mediocre. Got an arugula salad with pears and pumpkin seeds which was just that- a very large plate of arugula and a few nuts and pears slapped on top. The pizzas aren’t really “pizzas,” they’re more like stale flatbreads with very basic Subway like ingredients.

I’m so shocked at how good of a rating this spot has!! I was super excited to try their square pizza and was so disappointed by the lack of toppings, flavour and overall quality. We did takeout and tried the pesto bacon and pepperoni all dressed.. it was simply mediocre. I do appreciate the side parm, chilli flakes and chilli oil, but for this price point you can’t underdeliver like this! Would not recommend.

I absolutely love a place you can stumble into from the cold and instantly find yourself with an appetite for crème-de-la-crème music and friends you’ll want to run into again. Thank you, Sarah, for your Canadienne hospitality and for making this a daily stop on our annual girls’ après-ski trip.
