Delayed for over 1 hour on Uber for some hotdogs . When I called they said they were too busy. And then when food came, it was all wrong. Terrible experience !

Hi Shawn, We are sincerely sorry for your experience yesterday. Unfortunately, we were completely overwhelmed — multiple orders came in at the same time. Although we had activated “rush mode” on the tablet, it automatically turned off after a while. Your order came in right at that moment, which caused a significant delay as well as a mistake in the preparation, and we truly apologize for that. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers. We would really like to make it up to you by offering you a lunch of your choice, on us. I was disappointed today normally have nothing to say but today yes first of all the Italian poutine wasn't good and it was cold. The fries were cold and tasted like old oil looked like just old fries that have been sitting there for awhile. The only that was good was the submarine the rest disappointed

You could have simply let a team member know, and we would have replaced it right away without hesitation. We also want to clarify that our fryer oil was changed that same morning, so it was definitely not old oil. This is something we take very seriously. It’s unfortunate, because this situation could have been resolved instantly during your visit and avoided this type of disappointment afterward. Tried the poutine at La Belle Province and it was okay, it did hit the spot when craving something quick and comforting. The fries were crispy, the portion was alright for the price, and the cheese curds were fresh. That said, it could use a bit more flavour. The gravy was a little bland and didn’t really stand out. It’s a solid poutine, but not one that really wows you.

January 10, 2026 I’ve been to La Belle Province multiple times, but this was by far my best experience. The boys working there were super respectful, friendly, and really funny. They honestly made my short visit fun and totally worth it. You could also tell they were all helping each other get orders done, which made everything run smoothly. The girl at the cash was really nice and respectful as well. I ordered a smashburger trio and the food was really good. Great vibes, great teamwork, and solid food. I’ll definitely be back.

Saturday Jan 3rd 2026. Staff was busy counting the tip. Order was prepared wrong Cheese burger alldressed (had no cheese and only cole slaw) Oil was black and fries was not fresh and blackened with oil. Had to ask for my drink cup. Kitchen was a mess. Staff did not care. Ive been to Multiple LBP's and this was the worst i have seen. Sad.

Bonjour, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Je suis vraiment désolée pour la situation que vous décrivez. Vous avez raison d’être déçu, et je le suis aussi — ce n’est pas du tout le niveau que nous voulons offrir à nos clients. Pour vous donner un peu de contexte concernant les frites : nos friteuses ont été nettoyées et l’huile changée le matin même, donc l’huile n’était pas vieille. Par contre, étant donné l’achalandage très élevé en début d’année, l’huile peut foncir plus rapidement que d’habitude, ce qui peut parfois donner l’impression qu’elle est sale. Ceci dit — peu importe la raison, les frites que vous avez reçues n’auraient jamais dû être servies dans cet état. Nous prenons cela très au sérieux et des correctifs seront appliqués immédiatement. L’erreur sur le cheeseburger all-dressed (sans fromage, seulement coleslaw), le service inattentif, et l’état de la cuisine que vous avez observé sont inacceptables, et ne reflètent pas nos standards habituels. Afin de rectifier la situation et regagner votre confiance, j’aimerais vous offrir une carte-cadeau. Je souhaite personnellement m’assurer que votre prochaine visite soit à la hauteur.
