I've been a regular at Koi for a while, and the food is consistently good. However, on my last visit, I waited about 30 minutes for my order. It seemed like the kitchen was prioritizing delivery and Uber Eats orders, which affected the dine-in service. I hope they can find a better balance so the experience is great for everyone.

Amazing tasty food. But please add the option to pay/add tapioca on uber for the bubble teas. Theres a young cashier that made me pay 1$ cash to add tapioca, even when i explained that i wanted to add it through ubereat but the option wasnt there, she truly did not care. I did happen to have some cash in the car... but please add the option im stressed everytime i order and its her working ( others dont seems to care)

We ordered a bahn mi (not spicey) for me. It took forever to get the order. They gave a spicey one. We had to go back and they did not believe us because I did not take full bite of the sandwich! It was too spicy... I obviosuly won't eat it. What a weird logic. The service was horrible. We ended up getting a new one, but it took a while too. Never going back there.

I ordered the karage and my boyfriend got the tonketsu and they were both very good. I normally don't eat eggs in my ramen, and tried theirs and was great! A lil sweetness.

The food is always great and the service is always impeccable. Hong, Is my favorite waiter, he always greets me nicely and always remembers my order! I eat there or take out at least once a week!

I went for my first time I had a meal soup . There . and another one to go . I will certainly go back very clean restaurant Mr Hong that served me was excellent and very polite and helpful. You have to go try this place . I really recommend it 5 stars ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟⭐️ Thank you

Ordered a 12$ bubble tea from Uber and it looks like it’s just syrup and water with 0 ice and low quality tapioca pearls that are stuck together and basically dissolved. The straw also doesn’t pierce through the lid

Used to love this place, but the service and cleanliness has gone down a lot. The bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper on the floor, smelled terrible but men and women. The restaurant was so cold. Do they heat, esp when there is a super cold weather alert? Waiter gave two menus when we are three adults and two older kids. Two tables were empty when I arrived and I noticed that right till the point I left, the tables were still not cleaned-bowls, utensils still lying around. Even in front of the kitchen area-plates stacked up with food on it. The place was not that busy, presentation and cleanliness is so impt when one walks inside a restaurant. I mentioned this to the staff when he asked how my experience was-I was honest-the food is so good, but what’s with the dirty tables, unkept bathrooms and no heat? To top it off, why is the cook serving the food-he didn’t know who ordered what. It felt like a fast food experience and not a casual sit down experience when we are passing plates around the table. I would still give this restaurant a chance as the food is great and the people are very nice, but if I have the same experience again, I won’t return. This is constructive feedback-don’t take it badly, but pls get back to your five star rating. You deserve five stars, maybe this was a one off.

Great dining experience here, especially food most importantly 🙃 Both phở bò đặc biệt and bún gà nướng 🍗 which by far one of the best we tasted so far in Laval area We also ordered bubble tea 🧋 taro flavour without pearls (they’re very sweet) I even requested 1/4 sugar normally they do it at 3/4 but the waitress was nice enough to try to do the special request for me anyways which came out pretty good! Just a touch of sweetness ☺️💜 The waitress was super friendly and sweet For sure we will return for more!! 🖤

Best Tonkotsu ive had in all the ramen shops near laval . Been coming here for more than 6 years and never been disappointed once . Even the Pho is good . The Banh Mi is bussing !!

My kid who is super fussy LOVED the food. The service was excellent, they explained everything for us and customized a dish for my son. We will definitely be back. The food was fresh and soooo tasty

Nina is an amazing server. She greets us with a smile. So welcoming; she is the reason that we come and eat here once a week. We always order the bubble tea.. so many varieties. The soup is fantastic ( fresh vegetables and meat). The sweet potato fries are the best that I have ever tasted.

Food: Ordered a banh mi and a ramen soup. Both looked very appetizing. Banh mi was tasty. Ramen broth really lacked flavor and didnt hit the spot. Noodles were fresh. Overall service wasn't amazing considering only two staff members were trying to take care of entire restaurant. Not good for the employees and costumers. Atmosphere/ restaurant is nicely renovated. If you're someone who's cold easily, ask to sit away from the windows.
