Had dinner there on a Thursday night. They accommodated our group of 8 and service was great. The bar area was packed with Line dancers so service was a bit slower but expected. All in all had a great time.

I had the American Jack burger. The bun was so dry that it disintegrated on the first bite. It also sucked the flavour out of the burger. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were good. My companions ordered the fish tacos and the chicken Caesar salad. Both of which were good as well.

Ordered delivery from this wannabe bbq joint. First, the portions are surprisingly small—especially for the Extrémités brûlées / Burnt Ends and the barely noticeable hint of brisket in the Macaroni au fromage / Mac & Cheese. Small portions wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if the food itself were good. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The Burnt Ends are chewy and oddly smooth, with a texture closer to sliced bologna than properly smoked brisket. There’s none of the caramelized bark, crisp edges, or smoky richness you expect from burnt ends—just soft, uniform cubes that somehow manage to taste like cheap ham and rubbery at the same time. The same issue shows up in the Viande fumée double / Double Smoked Meat. The meat has the flavor and texture of a cheap deli ham rather than smoked meat. No peppery crust, no real smoke flavor, and none of the tender, slow-cooked texture you’d expect from something that supposedly spent hours in a smoker. It’s honestly impressive in a strange way—making two different smoked meats taste exactly like bargain ham takes a special level of culinary confusion. If the idea here was barbecue, it completely missed the mark. If the idea was ham, then congratulations—you nailed it. Attached is the rubbery smoked meat they put in the "Double Smoked Meat" which is supposed to have "two beef patties and smoked meat" but apparently counting to 2 is a skillset that is about as good as their meat smoking skills as we had a single patty of each "meat".

Nice place to eat some great bbq style food. There is a great selection on meats to try and the food is really good. The staff is super friendly and definitely worth a try.

I've been a customer since the beginning, but the owner, Mahdi, makes very strange decisions without being transparent about the real reasons behind them. Extremely disappointed. I will never set foot in there again

Great spot overall. We had a reservation, so we were seated right away, which I’d definitely recommend, especially on nights when they have live performers, as the place gets quite busy. It did take a little while for our orders to arrive, likely because of how packed the place was. The bar area near the stage tends to get crowded, but that also adds to the lively energy. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere had a great vibe.

The seating was not comfortable. Sitting on the side of the music we could not talk as it was to loud. There were lipstick marks on multiple glasses. The food we expected better. They have a dessert menu but only one of the desserts available. For a saloon, you would expect country music but in the multiples hours we where there only heard 1 country somg. The rest was rock. We will not be going back.

My husband and I just had lunch at Jack’s Saloon. We had the baja tacos, rib steak and Australian stockman burger. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! It was our second time there and it didn’t disappoint. Emma’s service was top notch, she’s very sweet and super friendly and she makes a great spicy margarita. We will definitely be going back 👍

I took the Hoggy plate, generous portion, ribs and pulled pork are amazing and the corn ribs omg delicious. Cole slaw could use a more creamy sauce though. Service was great and love the ambiance. Definitely going again!

Horrible food, never had such dry ribs! Beef brisket dried like in the dessert of Arizona! Horrible. Waited 1 ½ hour for bill.!

Jack Saloon had the best atmosphere with the option of having the private room and still being able to go to the dance floor, service was amazing and so helpful - truly an amazing experience thank u again jack saloon!

We sat at bar and had wonderful bar service on a very busy Friday night. Lory was our bartender and she did fantastic. Manager worked restaurant to make sure everything was going smoothly. Nice live band doing a good job.

Jack Saloon has an amazing vibe the moment you walk in—warm, rustic, and full of character. The ambiance is inviting, and the owner truly makes you feel at home, greeting you with genuine hospitality that sets the tone for the whole experience. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and even better people. Highly recommend!

ITS A SCAM! we went for a 50th birthday and specifically chose this restaurant because when making the reservation it was confirmed that it was kid friendly. when 10pm came, the owner or wtv told us that we had to hide the kids between two adults just in case the cops come or hide them in a room separate from the family only after spending hundreds of dollars. if kids had to hidden after 10pm we would’ve never chosen this restaurant. the owner even went as far as dragging one of the mothers back and forth trying to convince her to hide her kids in a back room. this was a horrible experience and even made the person who planned the party leave in tears. worst experience of my life and worst customer service ever. wish i can give it zero stars.
