This was by far the best culinary experience we all had. The food was exceptional, the wine selection on point and with Laura’s expertise, she guided us to the perfect bottles of wine. Francois’s food is on next level, both in taste and presentation.This is not your typical restaurant, and an experience I highly recommend. We had a warm welcome, and great conversation with Francois and Laura. We can’t wait to be back.

We had dinner there to celebrate the birthday of a good friend. Our table was situated perfectly to see the magic happen by the chef, François. To eat at Huit5Quatre is to experience the best food can be. François and his partner, Laura both welcomed us at the door when we arrived. Their food is locally sourced and prepared to bring out the best of each ingredient. François and Laura circulate among the guests to make sure all is well. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. Laura can recommend wines to pair with each course or a bottle for the table. We already have another reservation when our friends will be visiting in June. Don’t deprive yourself of this experience, because that is what it is, an experience.
