Horrible service, staff is rude and doesn't listen to it's clients. Makes false excuses and blames you for the bad food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. P.s. don't ask me to fill your form, already did and you guys disregarded it.

Always had a good experience whenever we come to eat. The place is always clean & their customer service is just as on point. Totally would recommend everybody to come by for a good burger to enjoy :)

I ordered 3 Angus Combos with Fridelle and Received less than the required amount of Onion rings on all three orders, The hamburgers weren't cooked at all they were still raw inside Unfortunately the meal was thrown away and got turned off of the inconsistentcy of this establishment always having this issue with quality in the food. Unfortunately I must also add that the soft drinks were bad and this was just a horrid experience.

We almost there before 45 minutes of closing. Firstly, cashier said we are closing soon. We call him again nd again he replied After 20 minutes. We said poutines then he said okay. He did not even listen properly what we ordered exactly. He was not attentive. We can understand it was closing time. But we almost corrected our order 3 or 4 times. First time we experienced this. I think he is new.. but he did not even take our order properly.

I really appreciate their service. The food is super juicy. The best part for me was the guy at the cash. Impeccable service! His name was Isham. Very bright and helpful!

Its Saturday February 14 at 10:47 pm 2026 the young man taking the orders made us feel unwelcome sighing at everything we say on our orders we felt rushed and got the worst service ever. Honestly i just wanted to leave right away but i had paid for my order. As i was waiting i realised he was on his phone asking customers to wait for him to finish his conversation texting. The young man’s name was SAV. After this crapy service i would never return to this location.
