We're a Harvey's family, it's one of our favourites, but the management at this location is borked and hopeless. There was someone at the counter when we arrived, she looked right at us, turned around and left. It was 4-5 minutes before anyone else showed up. We were very hungry with young children who really wanted Harvey's and so we waited. It seemed like they were open, the doors were open and the lights were on and we could see the staff chatting in the back, but no one was in the front for a long time (there were two customers behind us). The guy who finally took our order was good, well above average, but when it came to dressing our burgers with the other guy we felt like we were on a hidden camera show. He kept trying to put lettuce on all of our burgers no matter how loudly we asked him to stop in both English and French. It seemed like he could only mentally process one condiment at a time and if you said ketchup in the wrong order he couldn't cope; ketchup had to be last for him and so we obliged. It confused the heck our of our 8 and 9 year old who already know how ketchup works. We'd say a condiment, he'd wait a second or two, repeat it loudly....long pause....and then very slowly figure out how to process the new information. Each condiment took 20-30 seconds - it was surreal. It's 4 similar hamburgers, not a microchip. If it was some who was disabled in some way it would be a non-issue, we would appreciate that and welcome it with patience; this guy just hated being there. In the end we had a good meal but felt like were a nuisance in this store. Well, mostly a good meal. The fries and gravy in the poutine was quite good but the cheese was wrong all over. I'm not sure if it was old curd or bad cheddar, but whatever is going on is a disappointment. It was my first Harvey's poutine, so I do not know if it was normal. Based on everything else I saw, I'm inclined to think it's a local leadership problem and not a Harvey's problem. We'll not be going back to this store without guns to our head, but I will try poutine from another Harvey's to refine my opinion before final judgment. Edit: To the franchisee. Don't bother asking me to fill out your review; I won't. We're not coming back to your store, you've already demonstrated who you are.

I got terribly sick after eating at this location! Fries were severely undercooked, whitish colour, and limp! When I got home, diarrhea, stomach ache, and nausea! Also, the restaurant was not clean. Every table we looked at needed cleaning. Never again!

App is not good at all, to ordered 2 burgers have to go through 2 times removed and creat, finally the samdwitch come with only Pattie. Went to pick up at location doors are locked. Have to wait in to drive through, wait 10mins to get the sandwitch. Bring it at home, no naps…
