The restaurant is very clean and the staff is well trained. During the few times I visited, the managers seemed to take their job seriously, which is refreshing to see compared to some other fast-food franchises.

Hi, I’ve been coming to this Harvey's for over two decades—since 2000—and it’s always been a place I trusted for consistency, quality, and friendly service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing, and it’s painful to even have to write this. The current manager’s attitude toward customers is honestly shocking. There’s a noticeable lack of respect, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead of listening to what customers are asking for, she seems determined to impose her own way of doing things—especially when it comes to how the sandwiches are customized on the counter. It feels less like a customer-focused environment and more like being told how things will be done, regardless of what’s actually requested. Even she mentioned once that things are done according to her standards not the restaurants' standards 🤔😳. What made this place special for years was its reliability and the feeling that customers mattered. That reputation is being undermined. A restaurant with such a long-standing history shouldn’t be defined by uncomfortable interactions and dismissive behavior. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because many loyal customers like myself want to continue supporting this place—but not at the cost of feeling unwelcome or disrespected. Thanks

Very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was visibly irritated when I politely asked for a small modification to my order and responded with unnecessary attitude, making the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and this visit fell below expectations. I hope this location ensures customers are treated with basic professionalism.

The manager that is usually at the till is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has been the owner for years and every time I enter the store she gives dirty looks to customers. I have zero respect for this person. Therefore, I will be going elsewhere.
