Very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was visibly irritated when I politely asked for a small modification to my order and responded with unnecessary attitude, making the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and this visit fell below expectations. I hope this location ensures customers are treated with basic professionalism.

The manager that is usually at the till is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has been the owner for years and every time I enter the store she gives dirty looks to customers. I have zero respect for this person. Therefore, I will be going elsewhere.

Don’t know why, but nothing tastes like the other Harvey’s, onion rings had different lighter batter. Burger had a stale cold bun, really disappointed
