Saturday February 14th, reservation at 20:30. We arrived early and got seated on time. 20:35, someone gave us the menus and glasses of water… then nothing until 21:00 when a waitress asked us if someone had came to see us. We proceeded by ordering the plates we had too much time to chose, to find out they had none of either… instead of the lobster pappardelles and the short rib, we got 2 very ordinary steak & fries… The appetizer we ordered, fried calamari, came still full of oil like if they had been rushed out, so it soaked the salad underneath, which arrived at 21:15, along with our glasses of wine. The main dish only arrived over half an hour later, at 21:50. Meat was well cooked, but nothing special about the plate except that the fries were too salty. They offered us desert, which was no where close to a compensation for what we went through. Throughout the night, a menu stayed on the table along with the appetizer plate, until another waiter came as we had asked for extra utensils… Poor service, average food, not to say the glass of wine had cost over the price of a full bottle at the liquor store… I would not recommend this restaurant, even if you’re staying at the hotel. There are a lot of other great restaurants close by!
