What guests say about Gibeau Orange Julep

Gibeau Orange Julep is often described as an iconic Montreal stop with a retro vibe and a very recognizable giant orange. The orange juice and poutine receive a lot of praise, but many find the overall experience too sweet or inconsistent from visit to visit. Prices are often mentioned as a downside, and some also note that service or dining space can sometimes be limited. It is mainly a place to try for the experience and the juice rather than for an affordable meal.

An iconic must visit spot in Montreal. I got a small of their classic orange drink - has a great kick of sugar and is creamy from egg whites. Definitely nice to enjoy on a warm day.

Simple fast food, and delicious Orange Juleps. Id stop here for a drink, I'd stop here if I wanted a carton of juice. If I was traveling and in a pinch or craving fast food the food served is a good example of it.

Came from Virginia to check out the place. The orange julip was good. The hot dog was really good and the poutine was good. Nothing life changing, but it was good.

Julep is Julep, been going there for 30 years, mostly for Bike nights but other times as well.... Always bump into some people you know. Fun atmosphere!!! As long as the Posers can stop revving uselessly and doing burn outs it should go on for many more years to come... Food is a little on the pricey side for what it is!!!

$30 for a small poutine and a drink is insane. I was hoping to be asked what kinda fountain drink I want but they just have one drink which is actually gross whatever it is. Wont be back here

Julep juice is 5/5 anytime of the day! Food is a hit or miss. If you're new in town, you don't go here to eat, you here for the Julep. Hence the 5/5 🍻

The best poutine place in Quebec! We visited here on our first night, and have gone to many other poutine spots. Nothing compares to this place. We ended up going back here on our way to the airport before leaving Montreal. We will be back again!

Nice drinks I’d say. Milkshake and orange juice definitely isn’t what I was expecting! I ordered the drink and some food. The food isn’t even worth the price you’re paying. I’d only come here for the drink and that’s it.

Have not been there in awhile but just to say that 24$ for a liter of orange juice it overpriced and only to get half a liter by the time I got home .. The lady didn’t fill it to the top .. I will never go back and never refer people there from out of town

Best (normal) poutine in mtl! I've been here since 2 years and this is was the first time I tried this place and totally valid to give this the first place for the poutine.

The juice is so special, creamy and refreshing. Got 2 jugs, but unfortunately when I got home, they were only filled 2/3 of the jug as the rest was foam.

It's a must visit stop when you travel to Montreal. It's usually crowded, however their customer service team does serve us quickly. Would definitely recommend to try their Orange juice. Getting a parking is usually very easy here. Their XL is their biggest size for Orange juice which is 20$ before tax.
