One of the most addicting orange juice and poutine but astronomical pricing.
Reviews / Ratings for Gibeau Orange Julep
Bring back the veggie hot dogs ! The poutine is one of my favorites, my go-to. I do find the prices are incredibly high, almost $20 for a poutine and veggie pogo is too much. Personally I do not like the orange juice, definitely full of unhealthy stuff and tastes powdery, doubt there’s any real oranges in it. It’s also really expensive, not worth it. They make sure to never tell anyone what’s inside.
WORST POUTINE EVER
The best orange juice I've ever had, so good. Bit of a tourist trap and prices do reflect but it is really good 👍
Taste is ok I found over price now a days you can find better food for less hype is there because of there orange juice which stands out but overall mtl has better place for that kind of food Decarie hot dog stand out
1L filled to 2/3 for $21.
Staple of CDN area. Great refresher, fast service and amazing corn dog!
Food was decent.. but that one Filipino boy or girl at the cash has the worst customer service known to man. Matter of fact, someone should put the boy/girl Filipino at the cash with short dark hair and a white cap in the guineas world record of worst customer service. The company should let her go because it is tarnishing their brand. Food was bussin tho 10/10… s/o for toronto!

Gross “orange juice”, just full of sugar and no actual oranges used. The food is also appalling and not worth paying for.
Going there every saturday for a large juice + chocolate gateau ! So yummyy
Visited the iconic Orange Julep—what a perfect way to end our trip before heading back to Toronto! Our hotel had free breakfast, but we had a terrible experience there, so I was really excited to come here. I actually visited with my family back in 2004 with my dad’s car club—I was only 4, so memories are fuzzy, but I’ve always wanted to return. We tried the hotdog, poutine, and of course the famous orange juice, and everything was absolutely perfect. Truly a nostalgic and delicious experience that already makes me miss Montreal!
Amazing place ty we loved it
Gibeau Orange Julep is an absolute must-visit spot in Montreal! The atmosphere is incredibly unique with that iconic giant orange structure—it feels like stepping back in time. Their signature Orange Julep drink is creamy, refreshing, and unlike anything else I've ever tasted. You also have to try the poutine; the fries are perfectly crispy and the gravy is rich and flavorful. It’s the perfect place for classic comfort food and a fun retro vibe. I can't wait to go back!
Like I think it’s overrated but the orange juice itself is very good but maybe the price is high
Good, but very expensive for fast food
Fast food. Not really healthy at all. But it remains a montreal hot spot
Orange juice is really tasty and freshly squeezed, fun to go there with kids and your guests.
My BFF Dedee Megahdoodu helped me find this place! Absolute love it
Definitely worth the try. The juice is tasty and very well priced.
The juice is tooo sweet = too much more sugar than normal orange juice. No place to sit down to drink. No service but tips are to be paid on their cashier machine
An iconic Montreal stop! Gibeau Orange Julep is a must-visit, and it absolutely lives up to its reputation. The orange drink is the star — perfectly sweet, creamy, and incredibly refreshing. It has that classic nostalgic flavour you can’t find anywhere else, and it’s worth the visit alone. The poutine was also very satisfying: crispy fries, generous cheese curds, and a rich, flavourful gravy that ties everything together. It’s comforting, classic Quebec fast food done right. Add in the fun atmosphere and the famous giant orange, and you’ve got a uniquely Montreal experience. Whether you’re a local or visiting for the first time, Orange Julep is always a great stop.
