A wonderful, charming restaurant. I had the bone marrow with snails as my appetizer and I loved it. I had never had snails before and I was not disappointed. I also had the filet mignon with the creamy polenta. And the chocolat mi cuit. Everything was very good. The service was top tier. The lady who I assume was the manager kept checking in and making sure everything was ok, even came out to say goodbye while I was waiting on my ride. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great breakfast. Excellent service from Christopher and Myriam. Both very lovely people. Always a pleasure eating at Gaspar.

Sub par. Absolutely not worth 200$ for the quality of food. Service was not prompt, items forgot and quality of food very disappointing, especially considering the price point. We won’t be returning.

This is my first time leaving a review like this, and that alone says a lot. I was genuinely appalled. While I understand that prices in Montreal can be high, there is no excuse for the foul smell coming from the food or the rude attitude of the staff. What was supposed to be a special occasion turned into a terrible memory, and once was more than enough.

The fries were burnt, and the well-done steak also had a strong burnt, ashy taste. We ordered two steaks, one well-done and one medium-rare, and the issue was especially noticeable with the well-done steak. I wouldn't come here next time.

I came for quick bite at the bar from the hotel. Ended up staying for few drinks. Enzo bartender was so friendly and good mixologist so couldn’t resist. Great service. Last Word on the photo

Our waitor Hugo was the best! It was our anniverary celebration and our first "fancy" dinner in a big city and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. His service was excellent and we couldn't of asked for better experience.
