I brought my parents to this place, the food was excellent and the ambience was relaxing. The service was above and beyond, I highly recommend if you like Vietnamese cuisine.

I’m honestly surprised by any talk about reviews being fake, because my experience here was truly 5 stars. From the moment we walked in, the interior decor stood out and created a great atmosphere, and the entire restaurant was spotless. The service was top-notch, attentive and professional. Most importantly, the food was incredible. Everything we ordered tasted amazing, and the quality you get for the price is hard to beat. I can only speak to our visit, but it was a flawless evening from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

First time here. Very nice vietnamese restaurant ! The decor is very nice when you first go in. Veey comfortable seats and nice tables. Service was pretty fast. Within 5 minutes our soup was on the table ! Nice menu with many options. We had grilled chicken and shrimp combos. They come with soup, spring rolls, main dish, fried banana and tea for $30. The food was good and presentation was nice ! The chicken was not as fresh as the shrimp. We could tell by the taste of the chicken. I highly recommend Gaia and I would definetely come back.

Brought my team for lunch and it was a let down. No idea why it’s so highly rated. The restaurant vibe is weird, the service was painful with the server pointing to items on the menu and the food was bland.

I went there with my girlfriend for a diner. The staff are so lovely and we got some vouchers for next orders we make. My gf had a chicken general Tao and I had a soup. Both were amazing! I dared to try there avocado smoothie, and I was pleasantly surprised. We shared also an entry with grilled chicken. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back!

Very consistent quality and portions. Fairly priced. Have been at least 20 times with my family, yet to be disappointed. Like many restaurants owned and run by a hard working young family. It’s also BYOB. Finally I have made them a well deserved review.

Summary: food was not good, rude waiter, bathroom door was impossible to open from the inside (had to have someone open it from the outside.) The pho was okay, but the grilled meats were salty and dry. The waiter was rude from the start and poured everyone’s water besides mine and the table across from me, where my friends were sitting. We asked if we can sit at another table but he said no because it’s for parties more than 4 but proceeds to sit another party of 4 there… There are 2 bathroom doors, one single and one that has 2 stalls. I went to the one with the stall and the door was broken. There was no lock on it and I could not open it. I’m not from here, so due to the high rating reviews, I came here but was very disappointed.

The food was amazing, the decor is beautiful. Such a good spot for a meal that’s filling and not heavy. Literally everything was good from the imperial roles, pho and combos. Definitely a recommend!

Fantastic food - everything was super flavorful. We tried the calamari, shrimp tempura, beef pho and chicken wonton pho. Finished every bite! The service was so kind and quick, please support this family-owned restaurant!!

It's a nice clean restaurant with table cloths see photo. Service was excellent They were squeezing oranges when we ordered fresh squeezed oj We had pho with well done beef 4 stars. The noodles were not fresh but made from dried noodles the broth was above average with its own flair I had grilled beef plate 4.5 stars nicely marinated with lemon grass and etc The fried calamari was salt and pepper style though made with bell pepper instead of fresh jalapeños 4.5 stars

Delicious meat although it was cut super thin! Not worth the price since they're so thinly sliced. Meat was flavourful. Quiet ambiance, should add music (we went around 5pm). It was only us at the restaurant, no music, super quiet.
