First time and last time , i ordered general tao Chicken is old and dry , paid 23$ for old food taste bad . I hope I will not feel pain later. Sorry owner, what brought me here is the fake rating, so i must be honest
Great place for a dinner, the food is very good and not pricy.
The food is overrated sorry but you don’t make fresh spring rolls without fresh mint or thai basil it’s tasteless. The peanut sauce is too liquid it’s doesn’t grip properly when you dip. You need to add peanut butter or even better cashew powder for more flavour and thickness and put on top thin slices of green onions for nice presentation too. The plate that i was served you need to review the plating i was giving salad and thin peaces of beef but all over the plate like the cook didn’t know were to put them and plane rice. The iceberg salad whit shredded carrots and shredded dekon radish and 2 big slice of cucumber that look also lost in the plate was boring. The sauce for the salad really tasteless as well and the plane rice together there’s a lack of taste…Try sesame seed sauce for your salade and add rice vinegar for your rice. Cold plate cold or warm meal remember, fix that problem. Asking the customer if he want a salad or grilled veggies whit the grill beef is your best move.
Oh my gawd, such good food and what an amazing service by Bruce Li
I celebrated my birthday at Gaia Vietnamese Restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish reminded us of Vietnamese cuisine made with care. The décor and furniture were very deluxe, elegant, and stylish. The atmosphere felt warm, refined, and perfect for a special celebration like a birthday. It truly added to the overall dining experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening. My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable we will definitely be coming back!
Visiting from Montague P.E.I. Food very yummy will be back
one of the best pho I’ve ever eaten!
Food is delicious, place is beautiful, owner was nice and staff were excellent!
Ordered their shrimp pad thai on Uber Eats and I’m hooked. Super delicious, tasteful and none of that sweet sauce like in other pad thai. Portion was very big. My new fave place. Can’t wait to try other things.
Delicious flavorful food for a great price, super friendly owners. Inside is very beautifully decorated. $30 special is recommended.
Dont eat the Red Pepper. LOL
I was surprised by how good the food was, and by how kind the staff is !! By far the best Pho I ate in the city so far :)) a neighborhood GEM. So affordable as well !!
Food was amazing, owner is very humble. He said he should only get 4 stars, but they definitely deserve the 5 stars. Will be back!!!
I discovered one of the most distinctive Vietnamese restaurants in Montreal. I ordered pho and fried chicken wings—both were outstanding. The wings were exceptionally crispy and flavorful, with a sauce that had a hint of General Tso–style sweetness and tang. The interior design was very atmospheric, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout.
I got the all-dressed pho and it was good, pretty standard pho overall. The noodles were a bit thicker than what I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me much. The waitress was coughing quite a bit, but we saw her leave after taking our order, which was a relief. The homemade spring rolls were excellent.
Service was excellent and attentive and the flavours were spot on! My entire family was impressed and its great value for the price and the quality of the food was phenomenal! Would highly recommend :)
Fantastic restaurant. The staff are all so kind and welcoming and the food was incredible. The Vietnamese coffee was the best I’ve ever had!
Great food with amazing staff. Meal was perfect after a long travel day.
Everything was FRESH, the service had HEART and the ambiance was warm on this very cold day. You get all the food you need for a good price. I secretly wished they played Asian music.
